Disappointed that the housekeepers did not clean my room

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the housekeeping service. Daily housekeeping is available for all occupied rooms, while we also place importance on respecting guests’ privacy whenever a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed. As part of our sustainability efforts, beds are not made up daily unless requested. Fresh linens are available upon request, and guests may place the linen change card on the bed to indicate their preference for linen replacement. As Singapore is a compact city with land constraints, our rooms and facilities are designed with practicality in mind while still providing the essential comforts for a pleasant stay. The staff were really nice. They were helpful and smiley! The breakfast was nice as well but I wish they had ketchup and omelette.
