The beds are extremely hard which makes it difficult to sleep. No fridge provided so can’t store things to drink later. No bottle water provided by hotel. I’ve stayed at better budget hotels

Dear Guest, For the sustainability of the environment, we have stopped placing bottled water in the room. The water in Singapore is potable and we have added a hot and cold water dispenser at the lobby for our guests to refill their bottles. Refrigerators are available at our higher-tier rooms and our welcoming front desk staff would be glad to recommend the relevant rooms if you require a refrigerator during your stay. We are disappointed to hear that you did not like our firm beds which some of our guests have enjoyed. The Hotel Team looks forward to be of service to you again.
