The hotel was good and this is the first choice for me whenever I travel to SG. Staff was friendly and helpful, special thanks to front desk staff name Grace, she always put on her smile to every single guest. And she was helping me for late check out as my flight is in the evening. Will definitely come back again for my next visit.

Hassle-free stay. The location is close to bus stops. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The food in the restaurant was good although has fewer vegan options. Cons: The wash basin is in an odd location at the center of the room just beside the bed which I have not seen elsewhere. Limited lighting in the toilet and bathroom (very dull lighting)

Should be euiqpped refill water machine in every floor Clean room service should be cleaned everyday

It was aware of many reviews from other guests once I book hotel and I tried to contact hotel. Then guest relation executive Fifie replied that They will double check my concerns, unhygiene and insects. however, there was nothing changed. They have quite thin wall, can hear TV sound from next-door and I found insect on pillow. It was very bad experience. It should be eliminated from ACCOR.

Good place to stay short terms , with proximity to most tourist attractions by taxi. Its 20 minutes to most places. The hotel is clean with a standard breakfast. Staff are very professional and supportive. They will go over and above to assist. Namely Elma and Emily at reception was so helpful to us.
