A very nice and quiet place, and I would recommend it. However, the need to fetch filtered water from outside your floor is somewhat inconvenient. The management should consider making filtered water accessible without need to leave your room or floor in the worse case.

Overall the experience met expectation. Some minor mishaps but I informed the staff to fix them. For example, the housekeeping will start from the 3rd day of the stay (I stayed 6 nights), but it was not done on the 3rd day when I returned to the room in the evening. I informed the front desk about it when I was on the way out so it was done later that day. A reminder for the breakfast at 4F though. There are food at the pool side, some are covered, some are not. For food not covered (e.g. fruit, yoghurt, etc.), there are birds around eating from the plate. Even for the covered ones, birds would eat the residue on the spoons or tongs. It's a hygienic concern. Though the staff were driving off the birds, they could not always be there as they have their duties for breakfast service. If this can be improved, I will rate the hotel even higher.
