The hotel failed to follow Accor ALLSAFE protocol!

Although the hotel webpage indicated as ALLSAFE approved hotel, but they did not follow the Accor ALLSAFE protocol which they never provide any personal care pack to their guest. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, i did not received any welcome amenities and also no welcome drink voucher was given until i call the reception next day, then the receptionist just simply say will provide a free drink for me. House keeping also failed to change the bed linen even though i have placed the linen card change notice on the pillow. All these issues need to be fixed immediately and i'll not be back again

Great hotel. Close to bus stops and Mattar MRT station. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice. Pool area nice and relaxing with pool towels provided. Could do with more storage space in rooms but beds are comfy. Air con works well.

Early check was great after our early flight The rooms were modern Beds were very comfortable Location about a $20 taxi trip to Sumter Overall very good Breakfast quality however was below average with low quality sausage and hams and greasy scrambled eggs as the only meat / protein option We would stay again but have breakfast somewhere else

There are gaps in the front desk operation for check in and check out. Reception is unable to find my reservation despite I produce my accore booking. I was waiting for more than 20 min. Staff ask to me sit at the café. I am expecting them to call me when they sort out my booking. But they didn't till I ask them. However, they did some recovery by giving me a small gift. This should be recognized. During the check out, my friend ask for late check out extension. It is under Accor plus member benefit ( subject to availability), staff tell him " Let me check". After that, another staff to call him and ask him to move out now .(Time 12:00 pm). Obviously, there is a gap on internal communication. after that, they sort out this and finally grant the late check out. It is a struggling customer experience. Key Points: 1. Front desk is not familiar on late check out procedure handling. It takes too much time. When the first staff receive the call. He or she should quickly verify the guest status by room number. after finding out the guest is Accor plus member and there is no booking of the room, or the room occupancy is not 100% full on the following day, extension should be given immediately. At the same time, this person should mark late check out in the system. NOT waiting the second colleague to chase guest out. It is offensive to customer. 2. morning shift person has no communication with afternoon shift reception. It is wrong. if there are any guest special request or member guest, there should be some work hand over. Everything must be marked in the system clearly. the person in the front desk Yang Khim Ann, Peter and Samantha. Talk to them nicely and coach them what is the more professional of working. This is what I want to say. I hope I would have a better experience when I step into the same hotel again.

The location is not in down town but walk 10min to MRT and 5 min walk to bus stop. Compare to the other Ibis, the cleaner has not good service to others.Just like the complimentary water will not provided everyday and the hair in the bathroom has not been cleared.
