The reception was soso, the sofa next to the lift was blocking the lift button. Lift was small and the fire escape door is locked, this result in long peak hour queue waiting to exit the hotel. Level 4 was supposed to be amenity with pool and food with view, but the part with view was replaced as diswashing collection center. The location was bad but cant be solved. But at least the room was clean

Your observation about the view area setup has been recorded for internal assessment to ensure guest comfort and presentation remain a priority. To assist with accessibility, we provide a complimentary one-way shuttle service to Tai Seng MRT daily at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (first come, first served), as well as shuttle services to Mattar MRT and Woodleigh MRT at minimal charges. We appreciate your recognition that the room was clean and that our dining staff delivered excellent service. Your feedback regarding the reception experience has also been noted for improvement. I stayed here for about three weeks for a school program and my stay was great the whole time. I had a small issue halfway through my stay with my room, but the staff was so kind and immediately let me change rooms. Both beds were extremely comfortable and was a highlight- I slept better than I had in ages. The restaurant was also great. I never had breakfast there, but the dinner menu has a great selection and all allergens clearly listed. Every meal I had was tasty! The pool was great, a bit smaller than some of the pictures let on, but still a great size and the vibes were wonderful. I don’t think it’s heated, but it doesn’t need it. Refreshing and clean and fun!

I booked a stay for 2 nights for 2 rooms for a vacation to Singapore. In one room, the AC was not functioning. We made a request to the front desk to fix it but it wasn't fixed during our stay. The agent took a video recording of it as well. Due to that the room was unbelievably hotter during the night causing one of us to not sleep at all and instead causing sweating. In the other room, many things were not working or very unhygienic. The bathroom lock was not present. We pointed this to the reception. Also, on the last day of our stay, we say tiny cockroaches there - which made us question whether this is truly a 3-Star hotel. The food at the restaurant was also very average. It wasn't exciting in any manner. But the staff were really helpful to the best of their aspects. Be it the front desk or the restaurant etc. They accommodated a late 12PM checkout upon request and held our bags in the lobby until the end of day after checkout upon our request.
