Friendly reception staff Emily. We had many questions and she was gracious enough to answer and make suggestions. The hotel is just right with clean petite rooms. We look forward to our stay. Space was maximized. Would love to have a bigger aisles and closets though and bottled water.

Approachable staff and they are welcoming. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is good. Very near to airport and accessible to mrt. Amenities are also good. I will book again this hotel when I go back to Singapore. Highly recommended

Desmond T. H. O. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Was promised over the phone (Desmond T. H. O. who did the booking) to give complimentary breakfast for 4 persons for 2 rooms, subsequently was asked to pay. I called up Harry on 11/11/24 (pardon me if wrong spelling of his name), he denied and mentioned that i Misunderstood the teleconversation. And i am very certain i did not. Anyway, i don't want to argue with him and considered a lesson learnt as i should have put it in writing for the confirmation and i did not.

KnutH104 Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

The location just outside the city is very good. MRT station Mattar is within walking distance. Buses stop almost outside the door. If you don't want to eat in the good hotel restaurant, there are a sufficient number of restaurants and food courts nearby. There is also a small supermarket nearby. We have stayed at the Ibis several times and have had always a great time. Price and performance are 100% right. The Ibis team is very friendly and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
