Property is absolutely amazing. International standards.

If can provide more hanger is better for hang up the wet cloth after washing The air condition is very good Outside the Hotel, easy to have shop to buy food and meal If can provide shower can much better

The hotel was very clean, in a convenient location for public transport and the beds were comfortable and the shower hot. The restaurant on the corner is cheap with tasty food.

Front desk staff Siti and Sebastian were helpful, responsive, professional and friendly. Though hotel has no common dustbin and room has no mini fridge.

I thank Sebastian who has been polite and helpful with information, especially when we checked in on our 1st day. The drawback which is not any fault of Sebastian is being advised that Ibis Ametrine no longer provides bottled water for your guests when it has been advertised - a suggestion for the removal of this and any other previous provisions from your marketing and promotions of your hotel(s). My appreciation for Siti with her constant smiles, politeness and helpfulness with requests and clear explanations making my stay very pleasant, even on advice regarding Singapore weather. I thank Aiman and Ragu, even Nuraifasuriyani who has recently joined your Ibis Ametrine team. They have been polite and courteous. House keeping: Suekuytaytun who has worked very well with Niziah and a gentleman staff with whom I didn't have the opportunity to ask his name. Most especially, my deep appreciation for Niziah who has looked after 4th floor and my room (405) absolutely well, ensuring the freshness and cleanliness of my room and 4th floor, helping in every way to make my stay very comfortable and cosy, very much like home away from home. Question on Pre-Arrival I booked my stay via your website, thus did not have any contact with your staff. My selection of 10 - I feel after meeting your staff in persons during my stay, the experience would have been very positive too if I had contact with them via email or phone. Food and Beverage: My selection of Not Applicable - No food was provided. This is NO reflection on Niziah's excellent service of providing the drink sachets for my comfort and when I have been working remotely.
