We are truly pleased to read that you appreciated our location, the comfort of your room, and the overall cleanliness, which are very important to us. Regarding your first point, after reviewing your reservation with our team, we would like to clarify that you had indeed booked a Prestige Terrace Sea View room. Upon arrival, our reception team offered you the possibility to upgrade to a Prestige Superior Terrace room, which corresponds to sea view rooms located on higher floors (from the 7th floor). This option is always proposed as a courtesy when available, with no obligation to accept. We sincerely apologise if this was perceived as pressure, as this was not our intention. Concerning the slippers, please note that all our rooms are equipped with them. They are placed inside the bathrobes and systematically checked by our housekeeping team. We are truly sorry if this was exceptionally missed during your stay, as this does not reflect our usual standards. Regarding water, complimentary bottles are provided daily in the room. Beyond this allocation, additional water can indeed be ordered through room service. Once again, we thank you for your valuable comments, which help us to continuously improve our services.
