We arrived at the hotel with our 2 children (9 and 14) for a brief visit. We had booked 2 rooms as there were no family rooms available and I was going to stay in 1 room with 1 of the children and my husband was going to stay in the other. We checked in to the hotel, and received our room keys. When we opened the doors to one of the rooms it was already occupied by a gentleman. We went straight back down to reception and explained that we did not feel safe staying at the hotel with our family as the same mistake could happen to us that another person could be given our hotel room key. Also, there is not a secure car park to this hotel. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back.

I totally reckon you’ve been assigned an occupied room due to a system fault, which I immediately sorted giving you another room with no further delay, and for which we apologize, again, for the inconvenience it caused you. Regarding the interior parking, it is fully operational. It currently has a capacity of 10 places, and we have spare spots for our dear customers right in front of the hotel, protected 24H/24. Both the hotel and neighborhood area are calm and peaceful. Until today, not a single problem has ever been reported before regarding any safety issue. We are ideally located nearby Paris. I understand, through your attitude towards our Hotel and staff, that you were not happy about the location of the Hotel not being close to your personal meeting. I am available whenever you want to discuss about your query and/or any questions you may have regarding your stay, do not hesitate. Sincerely yours, Carla

Good hotel but malfunctioning airconditioning

Good morning, the hotel is brand new or has been made modern a little time ago. Still as I travel for business and the days were hot it was not normal to discover the airco was not working only at checkin. With all the detaila available I would have expected to be informed and to be given the choice to cancel. At the end I paid for a service that was only partially delivered.

The Hotel has the lift not working the painters are working, smell of paint in corridor and Room .poor breakfast I did ask for eggs didn't have . Not Happy at all.
