For the price, the room was absolutely fine. It had more space then I needed, and it was very clean and with enough towels. Can't judge the location since I arrived in the evening by taxi and left in the morning in another taxi. I had dinner in the restaurant, which was OK and what you can expect for the price. The only point of attention in my opinion was the temperature in the room, which was very low when I arrived. With the air conditioning I was able to get an acceptable temperature in the sleeping room, but in the bathroom was no heater and that remained very cold. On the positive side: I slept well. In some hotel rooms the air conditioning cannot be switched off and you keep this buzzing sound - that was not the case here. All in all, good value for money.

le personnel est gentil, mais les pauvres, l'outil de travail n'est pas à la hauteur. pas de parking chambre ménage non fait chambre de remplacement avec une odeur horrible de vieux tabac, j'ai été obligé de laver mes affaires imprégnées par l'odeur à mon retour j'allais oublié la lunette des toilettes à moitié fixé et le fond de la cuvette noir. machine à jus d'orange en panne impossible d'obtenir la facture pour la deuxième chambre non envoyée au check out, malgré des sollicitations répétées, la mauvaise expérience me poursuit alors que je ne souhaite que oublier ce mauvais passage, malheureusement je vais devoir faire une note de frais et pour le moment ce n'est pas possible. à part ça tout est normal, mais mon collègue a du payer son apéro alors qu'habituellement on nous l'offre avec la carte hotel accor. étant habitué de l'enseigne j'y suis allé les yeux fermés, dorénavant je lirais sans doute les avis des autres voyageurs, tout était écrit.

Je suis déjà venu 10 à 20 fois dans cet hôtel mais je ferai en sorte de ne plus revenir à cause d'une succession de problèmes ces derniers temps. Pas de boisson de bienvenue, chambre chaude, bruit dans le couloir, pas de départ tardif, WC bancal, douche ancienne et sale, facture pro demandée mais finalement jamais envoyée...

Attention à la compétence du personnel, à l’accueil à l’arrivée seul le règlement intéresse mais impossible de fournir la facture, ni même de vérifier si les coordonnées sont correctes. Remise au lendemain matin, et au moment du départ .. pas mieux !! Quasi une semaine de relance mails et appels pour avoir une facture, et cela a deux reprises..!

a mon arrivé, le réceptionniste à mis 10 minutes pour comprendre que j'avais réservé 2 chambres... Et a 6h30 du matin, des travaux avec perceuse dans l'hotel. c'est une honte dans un hotel IBIS de faire des travaux à 6h30 du matin le 25/06/2025 avec une perceuse. Je suis allé à la réception pour me plaindre, et la réceptionniste m'a simplement répondu : "oui je sais, mais je suis une simple employé et je ne peux rien faire merci IBIS pour la nuit désastreuse que nous avons passé

Pas d’accès au parking privé de l’hôtel suite panne de l’ascenseur voiture. Aucun panneau ni message dans ce sens pour prévenir le client. Réservation d’une chambre pour 3 personnes, seulement 2 jeux de serviettes étaient disponibles dans la chambre. J’ai demandé 2 fois à la réception et 2 heures après pour avoir un autre jeu de serviette. Le matin dès 6h30, perçage pendant 2 heures dans l’hôtel par un artisan électricien. Quand je vais voir à la réception pour leur demander de bien vouloir demander à l’artisan de s’arrêter car mes 2 enfants dorment encore, on me répond tout simplement que le directeur de l’hôtel a autorisé l’artisan de commencer à 6h30 et que donc pas possible de le faire s’arrêter. C’est tout à fait inacceptable d’être réveillé par le bruit d'une perceuse dès 6h30, encore moins admissible dans un hôtel du groupe Accor. Je demande une compensation financière pour tous ces désordres car le service et les prestations de l’hôtel n’étaient pas au rendez-vous.

Réservation faite en 3 fois par erreur. 1 mois pour se faire rembourser. Mais j'ai bien été remboursé. Bouteille shampoing pas remplacé lors de mes 4 nuits. Sinon correct.

The room was fine. Clean and tidy. Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice. The breakfast was mainly disappointing. The meats were cheap and badly cooked. The eggs had run out half an hour before breakfast was over. The bread was stale. We asked the manager to put some hand soap into the toilets by the breakfast area. This did not happen. Those toilets were not cleaned during the entirety of our 3 day stay.

We stayed here and had available parking for our van 3.6 m high there are not really enough restaurants nearby especially on a Sunday we did eat in the hotel but the location for us is a bit quiet
