In het algemeen was de ervaring positief. Wat erg tegenviel is, dat er van tevoren gevraagd is of er rekening gehouden kon worden bij het ontbijt dat er glutenvrij brood is. Dit is toen door het hotel bevestigd. 1x tijdens de voor het verblijf wat er glutenvrij brood. Er is expliciet aan het personeel tijdens het verblijf gevraagd om glutenvrij brood, nadat het niet aanwezig was. Ondanks toezegging van het personeel, was het de volgende dag wederom niet aanwezig. Wat dat betreft was dit zwaar teleurstellend.

Het spijt ons echter dat u teleurgesteld was over de beschikbaarheid van glutenvrij brood tijdens het ontbijt. Na controle kunnen wij bevestigen dat uw verzoek voorafgaand aan uw aankomst goed was geregistreerd en dat er glutenvrij brood was voorzien. Helaas konden wij, door een uitzonderlijk leveringsprobleem, dit niet gedurende het hele verblijf opnieuw aanbieden, ondanks onze bereidheid om aan uw wensen te voldoen. Onze oprechte excuses voor dit ongemak. We verzekeren u dat we alles in het werk stellen om onze service voor specifieke dieetwensen te verbeteren.
