In het algemeen was de ervaring positief. Wat erg tegenviel is, dat er van tevoren gevraagd is of er rekening gehouden kon worden bij het ontbijt dat er glutenvrij brood is. Dit is toen door het hotel bevestigd. 1x tijdens de voor het verblijf wat er glutenvrij brood. Er is expliciet aan het personeel tijdens het verblijf gevraagd om glutenvrij brood, nadat het niet aanwezig was. Ondanks toezegging van het personeel, was het de volgende dag wederom niet aanwezig. Wat dat betreft was dit zwaar teleurstellend.

Het spijt ons echter dat u teleurgesteld was over de beschikbaarheid van glutenvrij brood tijdens het ontbijt. Na controle kunnen wij bevestigen dat uw verzoek voorafgaand aan uw aankomst goed was geregistreerd en dat er glutenvrij brood was voorzien. Helaas konden wij, door een uitzonderlijk leveringsprobleem, dit niet gedurende het hele verblijf opnieuw aanbieden, ondanks onze bereidheid om aan uw wensen te voldoen. Onze oprechte excuses voor dit ongemak. We verzekeren u dat we alles in het werk stellen om onze service voor specifieke dieetwensen te verbeteren. op D. website staat: airco. als er dan geen airco is, mag je dat niet schrijven. het was die dag snikheet en in D. kamer was het bloedheet.

Beste, Bedankt voor uw feedback. We willen u graag verzekeren dat D. airconditioning wel degelijk werkte tijdens D. data V. uw verblijf. We hebben bovendien onlangs een gespecialiseerd bedrijf laten langskomen om al onze installaties te controleren. Onze receptie is 24/24 open en staat altijd ter beschikking voor vragen of verzoeken. Ventilatoren waren ook beschikbaar op eenvoudige aanvraag. Daarnaast waren D. kamers vooraf verlucht en voorbereid op D. hitte. Aarzel dus zeker niet om tijdens uw verblijf iets aan D. receptie te melden – we hadden u graag geholpen met het instellen V. D. airco of het voorzien V. een ventilator. Esperienza pessima, hotel sporco sia nelle parti comuni (vedi i corridoi con moquette sporchissima) sia nelle camere, personale maleducato ed incompetente

Buongiorno, Il suo commento ci sorprende profondamente e non riflette in alcun modo quanto da lei dimostrato durante il soggiorno. Ha interagito con il nostro personale in modo cordiale e sorridente, senza mai esprimere alcuna insoddisfazione. Troviamo quindi incomprensibile questo giudizio estremamente negativo, del tutto incoerente con il suo atteggiamento in loco. Il nostro hotel rispetta rigorosi standard di pulizia e qualità del servizio, con controlli frequenti sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni. Il nostro team lavora ogni giorno con serietà, rispetto e professionalità per offrire la migliore esperienza possibile ai nostri ospiti. Non accettiamo che il lavoro del nostro staff venga denigrato gratuitamente con affermazioni in evidente malafede.
