Hotel was fine, room okay. Bathroom door handle was broken. I asked for a water dispenser at reception (as advertised in the room). Receptions response was "what - now?" I said later would be fine - we were going out for dinner. It failed to materialise. The plastic covered mattress made for an uncomfortable nights sleep
