We had a very disappointing stay at your hotel for both room 512 & 513 due to the following reasons:
There were ants all over the dressing table and in the bathroom. We asked for them to be cleaned on a number on occasions.
the sink was blocked in room 512. We requested for it to be resolved but it was still not working.
the phone on room 512 was not working
The rooms were cleaned around 4pm after chasing housekeeping. On one Occassion we were advised the room could not be cleaned until turn down.
the service at breakfast was unacceptable. It took an hour for coffee and food orders. When we advised the staff they all said there is a shortage of staff and the mangers are not resolving the matter. They said the restaurant could not handle the number of people. This should not have been the customer problem.
There was not enough sun beds around the pool area. We had two sun beds between a family of 9.
The water from the shower was going into the toilet area so the floor was soaked for three days in rm 513
They made us wait until 4.45pm to check in into rm 513 and then when we got to the room housekeeping were still cleaning it.
I asked to speak to a manger everyday but the staff said no one was available.
The hotel has overcharged me. I booked room 512 and 513. They have added room 502 onto my bill without my authorisation. This is fraud. The bookings were separate. We checked in separately. I am urgently requesting my monies back but they are refusing to give it back until they have resolved the payment with room 502 however this is not my issue. They made an error and transferred 502 to 513 without anyones consent.

They were both very expensive and not high quality. In particular, the rack of lamb and paella were very ordinary and incredibly over-priced. We had a mixed experience at Fairmont La Hacienda. The villa itself was excellent, the location was fantastic, and the pool and poolside service were particularly good. The spa was excellent, and the buggy service was also very efficient and helpful.
Unfortunately, the overall service did not feel consistent with the five-star standard we expected. Staff frequently had headsets, which we found more distracting than helpful and which sometimes took away from the sense of personal service. At breakfast, we were not given a menu until our third morning, and there were long waits for coffee. When we asked if we could have toast made, the response was essentially that we could make it ourselves, which was disappointing for a luxury resort.
Dinner service was also inconsistent. At the Mediterranean restaurant, there were long waits to order food and similarly long waits for the bill. The food across the restaurants was, in our opinion, fairly average and did not match the standard we expected.
Housekeeping was another area that could be improved. There was no real turn-down service during our stay; we were simply asked whether we needed more towels. For a five-star resort, we would have expected a proper evening turn-down as part of the service.
We also felt there was a lack of entertainment in the evenings, which meant there was little to do at the resort after dinner.
Overall, the facilities, villa, location, pool, spa and buggy service are excellent, but the service and dining experience need significant improvement to deliver the five-star experience we were expecting.

Hotel & location is beautiful. Fully deserves the 5 star rating however the service leaves a lot to be desired. All staff are nice however they are simply not enough. Everything at the pool restaurant takes too long.
Breakfast service was appalling. Had to ask for drinks several times each of the 5 days and they did not come at all before we left after 1 hr on 1 day.

Room cleanliness was ok, though when we got there there were hundreds of drain flies in the showers, but rest pretty good. Food across restaurants was incredibly bland and forgettable and it was too remote to easily leave the hotel daily to get better options in the vicinity. Breakfast was a chaotic mess, despite the staff working very hard. (Thank you Pari for the efforts!!) Food quality was poor and often our coffees and food orders never arrived or took an hour to do so. Room service menu is just the pool bar, and this really spoilt our stay as every meal was a disappointment.

We had a great stay, and on the whole we found all staff to be happy & friendly. Beautiful, & immaculate private rooms
with a great view; with space for the family to relax & enjoy our stay. The only big issue was the breakfast (& member of staff waiting on us) it was chaotic as was the waitress (who was more concerned in chatting to guests than waiting her tables) & after 45mins of waiting (& having asked her 3times for our order) we gave up. We spoke to a receptionist, who was very polite. We were very impressed with how the manager dealt with the situation. It was however, an experience that we didn’t wish to repeat so never went back for breakfast during our stay.

Private pool was not kept clean. it turned green and murky. air conditioning was at first blowing hot air and then when they fixed it made it arctic and even if we turned it off, it continues to blow cold air. Food was made well but tasteless. Poorly designed property. very poor views from the room. inspite of a great location.

We came here for our mini-moon, choosing a villa so we would have some rest whilst the children napped in the day.
Unfortunately, from check-in, it became clear that there was a breakdown in communication happening somewhere. For example, when booking, I put a note on the room that my wife was allergic to feathers (her face swells up if it comes into contact) so requested hypoallergenic bedding. When Royal Service from the hotel emailed me on the week of the stay to ask for any further requests, I reiterated this allergy and received acknowledgment that they would ensure hypoallergenic bedding.
When we got into the room, all bedding had feathers. We then rung to get this changed - which they did in only one of the beds. So when we got in after dinner that night, my wife was unable to join my daughter in bed to do bedtime stories.
This became a common theme throughout the stay. Turndown services would not happen, crumbs wouldn't be swept (so ants would overrun) and milk for our baby wouldn't arrive or be delivered for bedtime - meaning we had to put to sleep a hungry baby. Even the entertainment advertised was not accurate, as we went to the restaurant advertising flamenco dancing but the serving staff told us it had finished for the summer.
Every day was something new that we would request and wouldn't happen. So it feels like the hotels biggest problem is the communication between departments.

Infrastructure was too small for the hotel staff untrained unhelpful no management present food was pretty standard for the Price.

No iron, nobody told me about adult area for breakfast, room was a disaster overall one of the words hotel experiences for cost
