¡Hola! My two children and I recently stayed at La Hacienda Fairmont, and we had a wonderful experience. The facilities are absolutely fantastic, beautifully designed, spotless, and truly inviting. The service was exceptional, especially from the concierge, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Since the hotel wasn’t running at full capacity due to the off-season, he helped us find great alternatives for the kids, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and served with genuinely kind service. We loved our time here and will definitely be back...perhaps during a slightly warmer season so we can fully enjoy the beach and the pools, which were a bit chilly this time. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay. We look forward to returning!

A very modern new hotel with wonderful furniture, decorative and practical. The pottery items are worthy of being on display in any museum. Because it is a quiet period of the year only one restaurant was open and the menu was a bit limited, although the food was lovely. A very large bathroom/shower/toilet with an interesting lighting system.

Brand new hotel with the great reception stuff and the brand new furniture and everything. On the other side, still some things needs to make some fine tunning - like smell in room from the water...

The stay was a great pleasure. It was relaxing, hotel is at a very high standard and staff very welcoming and helpful. We are already thinking about returning soon :-). I could mention a few things that could be improved: - Most significant issue for us was that water in indoor pool and specially "jaccuzzis" was very cold and upsetting. This is in contrast to great heated outdoor pool that I consider as strong asset. - Not directly fault of the hotel, but GSM reception is very poor and it would be good to have it improved. Wi-fi does not solve the problem. - Not the most important thing, but welcome ammenity was very underwhelming, to be honest I can't think of less attractive one for a long time.
