My stay at the Fairmont Hacienda was simply magnificent. I received a VIP and personalized welcome from the Front Office team, the Concierges, and the Guest Relations staff, who even escorted me to my room. A special thank you to Carlos Ramirez Moyano, Front Office Supervisor, for assigning me a beautiful room. I would also like to thank Oriane Parrot, Quality Manager, who made sure all my preferences were taken into consideration as a Platinum member. I loved the amenities in the room, and my suite was elegant, spacious, and offered a stunning view. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Well located, nice and clean rooms, perfect golf courses around the hotel, the only bad thing is that the hotel does not have a bar

We loved the decor and comfort of our room, the view was fantastic. Staff was very professional and top notch. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area.

We are also sorry to learn that your dinner experience did not fully meet expectations. The portion size of the Iberian pork and the seasoning of the cauliflower salad clearly fell short of the standard we aim to provide, and your remarks will be addressed with our culinary team. We additionally appreciate your feedback on the Manhattan preparation, training and consistency are key, and your experience helps us improve.
