Nice clean tidy room as always. Staff try to help but need training for guiding tourists eg best way to get to Chefchaouen is not by expensive taxi but is by CTM buses. As with all Ibis hotels they supply one super heavy dooner which is too hot even in winter. Three light weight blankets or fleeces are more flexible than one 4 inch dooner. Temp affects your sleep. Ibis could become a world leader and train management on what affects a persons sleep.

To begin with, the hotel is well located, few minutes walk away from the train station and same for the supermarket. The hotel is very clean, cozy and comfortable, no issues with that. The staff are nice and helpful. I had one night stay and it was pleasant. Also, a bonus point for the shampoo and soap provided, they are really nice:)

Everything is great, except that you can’t have guests who wouldn’t even stay for the night. I dont know why this is forbidden in IBIS in time MOGADOR-MIRAGE-ROYALE ATLAS. Let you have guests if they’re not staying the night.

Check-in - acceptable. Welcome voucher - complimentary drink for only 1 pax eventhough room booked for 2 paxs. Room - acceptable but there was strong smell (akin to body odour). Airconditioning not strong. Booked taxi through Reception. Quoted DH200 by Reception staff but upon arrival at destination, the taxi driver demanded DH300.

Nice to stay in any ibis in all world that my experience from uae it good I like also ibis in tanger Bec something happened with me from the people work there he entery my room 11 midnight and opened the room I was sleeping inside and that not legally for prociger of hotel his name is Amin once I go resption they say that he think I am not pay but the Lough and cute that I pay before one day he comes my room so he is guilty 100% Bec not allowed to any one go rooms from respstion gruop he can use phone or send security to check but he Enter my room with out any permits from me and that not good at all but the duty manger next day he say sorry for that his name mr Hassn he is good man respect people he knows how to make clients calm down that good any way thanks for ibis gruop Bec I trust the safety on that hotel

- POOR HR - MY REASONING UNCLEAN AND TORN LINEN IS NOT WHAT AN CUSTOMER WANTS TO SEE UN- SERVICEABLE WASH BASIN (TOOK 4 REMINDERS AND A STRONG SPEAKING TO GET IT SORTED) UNPLEASANT STAFF IN THE DINING AREA . EVEN THE COOKS SEEMED UNFRIENDLY AND OBVIOUSLY IT REFLECTED IN THE FOOD. ALMOST EVERY STAFF (I MEAN EVERY STAFF) LOOKED TIRED OF SERVING ITS CUSTOMER EXCEPT A YOUNG LADY IN THE RECEPTION WHO WAS SMILING AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

The location of the hotel was good, walking distance to the train station. The staff at the reception was not very helpful, I was given a room overlooking a building site, where it has been very noisy, and I have asked to change the room, that has been refused. I think customers should be alerted at the booking time about the noises that starts at 8-00 in the morning until early evening. I had lunch there, the food was ok, I have opted for the salad buffet.

We always have a great experience when we stay here. The front desk staff remembered us upon arrival. The breakfast was great as usual. We must compliment the staff as they graciously changed our room once we discovered it was a smoking room. I had forgotten to write it in our reservation request. I do have a suggestion. We were enjoying our welcome drink, when the smoke from cigarettes became so bad, it aggravated my asthma. I had to hurriedly finished my drink and left quickly. My suggestion is that common areas be smoke free. Otherwise, we had the best stay with the greatest staff and best Ibis breakfast.
