I have been meaning to write this review for quite some time, as I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. Unfortunately, I feel that certain aspects require urgent attention. Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive: the front desk team includes some very professional and helpful staff members, especially Sanae, whom I sincerely thank for her excellent service and professionalism. However, my experience with the morning shift staff was disappointing. In particular, one of the male employees (name starting with Z, possibly a trainee) showed a lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend further training in guest relations. Making guests feel uncomfortable through inappropriate behavior, such as giving side glances or appearing to gossip with colleagues, is not acceptable—especially when it is noticeable to guests. Additionally, when I approached the front desk for assistance while two employees were counting money, I was not acknowledged or assisted, which is not the standard expected in hospitality. Secondly, during a previous stay, I encountered bed bugs in my room, which caused significant discomfort over two nights. This is a serious issue that must be addressed immediately. While the hotel benefits from a good location, the overall maintenance is lacking. The bathrooms are outdated, some equipment (such as vacuum cleaning) does not appear to function properly, and I even found long black hair in the shower. The air conditioning system only provided heating, and some furniture was damaged. Rooms facing the smaller street are also problematic, as daytime noise from nearby construction makes it difficult to rest, with work continuing until around 7 PM. Although there is a parking facility, it is often closed, requiring guests to go inside and request access, which is inconvenient. Considering the price of 800 MAD per night, this level of quality is disappointing. As a frequent traveler, I have experienced significantly better standards in other hotels in Casablanca City Center and Rabat Agdal. I would strongly encourage management to invest in maintenance, improve technical facilities, and provide additional staff training to ensure a better guest experience.

Well located, good breakfast. But the room needed cleaning, the desk had dry coffee stains and there were stains onthe bed sheet and dust on the headboard
