I believe management is aware of the fact that I was not met at the airport and my written requests were not met my first night and the room and noise in it were unsatisfactory with pounding at midnight and a mechanical noise not managed at all well by the night staff. The move to a suite the next night made my rest better and gave me a better impression of the hotel. I would note that the breakfast staff was good

The checkin took a little bit of time but we were offered a late checkout to compensate. the staff at the breakfast was awesome. But the one on CRUDO was not really professional in terms of diner service (not matching the standards in that kind of hotel). The cleaning was really late (past 12PM) and we had to call for the room to be cleaned)

We stayed at the hotel from Dec 23-27. It was sold to us as a fully booked out Christmas festive package but the hotel was almost empty of regular guests until our final day. The Senegal soccer team was staying there and took over an entire wing of the hotel but were kept almost completely separate for the entire time. The room price we paid was almost 3x what we would have paid outside the Christmas period which was Four Seasons Hotel prices without Four Seasons Hotel standards. The high point of our trip was the Tazi Palace team - they were all amazing. Fantastic service and hospitality from each and every one of them. Although our Christmas experience at the hotel was disappointing, we loved our overall time in Morocco and hope to return again soon.

The room was beautiful and staff was kind but this is not a 5 star resort experience. Many service errors were made throughout our stay from the cleaning incident, we wen to the bar to get a drink and charge it to our suite and the waitress made us walk down to reception with her because she couldn’t find my name attached to the reservation and didn’t believe me. When we booked a car through the hotel to take us to Casablanca airport no one considered asking if we wanted fast track as an option and said if that’s something we wanted we needed to ask beforehand. We asked Concierege to make us dinner reservations and they failed to do so. Overall, this shouldn’t be considered a luxury resort
