We stayed at the hotel from Dec 23-27. It was sold to us as a fully booked out Christmas festive package but the hotel was almost empty of regular guests until our final day. The Senegal soccer team was staying there and took over an entire wing of the hotel but were kept almost completely separate for the entire time. The room price we paid was almost 3x what we would have paid outside the Christmas period which was Four Seasons Hotel prices without Four Seasons Hotel standards. The high point of our trip was the Tazi Palace team - they were all amazing. Fantastic service and hospitality from each and every one of them. Although our Christmas experience at the hotel was disappointing, we loved our overall time in Morocco and hope to return again soon.

The room was beautiful and staff was kind but this is not a 5 star resort experience. Many service errors were made throughout our stay from the cleaning incident, we wen to the bar to get a drink and charge it to our suite and the waitress made us walk down to reception with her because she couldn’t find my name attached to the reservation and didn’t believe me. When we booked a car through the hotel to take us to Casablanca airport no one considered asking if we wanted fast track as an option and said if that’s something we wanted we needed to ask beforehand. We asked Concierege to make us dinner reservations and they failed to do so. Overall, this shouldn’t be considered a luxury resort

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with a refreshing drink while our check-in was being processed, and the team immediately noticed that we had two separate reservations for different floors. They quickly rearranged things and ensured our rooms were placed next to each other on the same floor, which was greatly appreciated. A special mention to Cookie, who gave us a warm and informative tour of the hotel and our rooms. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. To top it off, we found fresh fruit waiting for us in our rooms, and we were upgraded to a stunning city view. Every staff member we interacted with during our short stay was friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. We truly felt valued as guests. Without a doubt, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing stay!
