If there's something to review, it's the night shift room service. In other hotels, once we go for dinner, the room service team go and do the beds, put water and some gesture like cookie, chocolate or macaroons. Here, they come just to check if you need something and if you're not in the room they want do anything.

The place is stunning, exceptional and absolute beautiful in any way. The girls at reception and concierge guys super friendly and helpful. Room was also exceptional, large, pretty, with very comfy bed, gorgeous bath and balcony. The welcome water sweets and fruits were highly appreciated. Hole ways, all the black and white professional Moroccan photos were mind blowing. The spa was also gorgeous. I used the sauna and had a massage treatment I fully enjoyed. Chaimae who is managing the spa was absolutely friendly nice and super helpful. She assured me booking a treatment and showed me around. She even helped me with the locker. Rest salon and showers were very nice too. Water and herbal tea available. Jacuzzi looked good as well. The steam room was not working but the sauna made it for it. My massage therapist - Hanane was very good, nice, courteous, friendly, and professional. Wish I spoke French to have some conversation with her as well as more time to experience more treatments. Breakfast restaurant Curdo was very pretty and breakfast itself sumptuous. (only negative was one of the breakfast attendant - young shirt guy with short haircut and childish face who was around coffee machine making coffee for the older French couples whom we asked few times for warm milk for our coffe we made ourselves - I am a coffee connoisseur- and he promised bring it in a sec and then went on with his texting in his phone and forgot us in a blink, hence we never got the milk. We were in a hurry to leave early as a long drive ahead and never asked for his name. He was the only flaw or a little black dot in the whole beautiful picture / well orchestrated machine the palace is. The piccolos and car attendants were also amazing and treated our car well (we had some oldish beat up Dacia Duster rental from marrakesh Avis). I wish we spent more time and experience the pool but now have a reason to return. Thank you for the great hospitality

After a frustrating check in process the remainder of our stay was satisfactory. My main complaint was that the email I received and my booking on the All Accor app both indicated I had prepaid for our stay in both rooms. On check in they said it had not been paid. The worker took screen shots of my app and email and spent an inordinate amount of time checking with another department. Meanwhile we were told a welcome drink was on its way, however it didn’t come. I asked about it twice and it was finally brought to us; a disappointing milk drink that we barely touched. I spent over 30 minutes looking back over credit card statements to see if the rooms had been charged to one of my credit cards or my husband’s card. Needless to say check in felt anything but welcome and it should not have taken 45 minutes before we received our room keys!!
