A big thank you to the whole team including the reception, assistant manager, restaurant, nurse and doctor. I had an unexpected health issue and received outstanding support from the team. Thank you all again! I am back home and undergo surgery this week.

The staff is far away from being professional, they need training on how to treat people, their behavior changes depending on each customer which is unfair. Disastrous bedding, the pillows weren’t comfortable at all, I had a terrible neck pain and had to sleep with no pillow. The carpet had stains and wholes everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned until I made many complaints, sometimes I had to wait till 11 pm for that and when they did clean the room they put only towels enough for one person knowing that we were a couple. We also had to ask for the bottles of water (2 bottles) that normally should be given after cleaning the room and that also took so much time and required many complaints. The AC and the fridge weren’t working properly. The breakfast is very basic. The tables were not cleared and the sanitary instructions were not really respected. The beach is so dirty, there was trash everywhere.

the location was super! But the pool was very dirty in the weekend guests from outside could come in! The reservation manager was really bad! My flight got changed and I tried to reason with her she she send me off to contact my home country (I think my phone bill will be 100 euro) after multi pull calls she was the one that should have helped me! For reall this person should be fired! We also where calling 5 times to arrange a babybed! No one could help! We stayed here almost 3 weeks!
