Youssra the lady at reception was very kind and professional so please pass my thanks and compliments to her. The baggage could have been taken off us at arrival and departure and helped carried to the room however, and the breakfast service was small and not varied. Although the man the manager at breakfast seemed very professional and nice, the selection was small and service (drinks) was slow. Thank you to Youssra who was the star of the stay.
