We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The reception experience was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and efficient, handled by a young gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. Check-out was just as seamless, thanks to Youssra, who was professional and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was great, with a good selection, and we were especially well taken care of by Wissam, who provided outstanding service. A special highlight of our stay was when the manager and a couple of staff members surprised us by celebrating our daughter’s birthday. That gesture was truly thoughtful and made our experience unforgettable. The only downside was after housekeeping cleaned our room the next day, they used a floor cleaning liquid with a strong, unpleasant smell. We had to open the balcony door and leave the room for a while to let it air out.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service was exquisite, and all the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The fact that the general manager personally walks around and greets guests adds a special touch that makes you feel even more welcome. Our kids were absolutely pampered by the staff. We will definitely be returning!
