Overall, I was very disappointed by our stay. Check-in was terrible, and my Diamond privileges were not honored. We received no welcome amenities in our room. Additionally, the AC in our room did not work, which made it very difficult to sleep. On a more positive note, the pool and beach were great, as was the kids' club. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly, as were the concierges. However, the reception team needs significant improvement.

I chose this hotel mainly because a friend who had stayed there previously recommended it, mentioning the beautiful sea view from the pool. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case during our stay, as the hotel was carrying out construction work. Since we visited a week before the official start of the summer season, we didn't get the full experience. That said, the room was absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Despite the disappointment with the pool area, we still had a very enjoyable stay

Great place despite few technical issues at the check in with the air conditioning not working in our room. Were moved to another rooms away from our kids but was ok. The new room had an issue with the door lock that needed a technician to fix. The shower in the kids rooms was blocked and staff had to come to unclog it. Despite all this we liked the location and the staff professionalism. Breakfast was great at the hotel and the beach food service was great
