Well located but poor clean up

The hotel is well located but internally, room seemed to be not well clean up since 6 months. It needs a hard clean up to remove gross and unhealthy lines in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but management seems to be do not care about kitchen suppliers. I´d prefer to have breakfast in the corner store than hotel.

Poor coffeebreak experience

During my 2 stays, there is NO COFFEE in the lobby. Serious. Juice ok, milk ok but NO COFFE. For me, coffee is very important and the lobby was out of coffee by 20 minutes.
