After a very good welcome at the reception, I had some bad times with the restaurant staff. First, during the breakfast, a crew of +4 people refused to cook me an omelet because the scrambled eggs were served since 06:30am and were absolutely cold. Then the next day, the overall taste of food, again during the breakfast, was terrible due the low quality of ingredients, such oil (for preparing the eggs) and fruits - could not eat at all. Overall, the staff in the morning was very unpleasant - completely different from the dinner crew. For the price I paid during the COP30, the least I could ask for was a plain omelet...

I first requested a room with a double bed, but they didn't have one. Of all the IBIS hotels I've stayed at, this one was the worst. The accommodations are poor for the price charged.
