Everything was excellent: room, bathroom including shower and natural ventilation, wi-fi, breakfast with variety of tropical fruits. The only downside I can mention is the zircon too noisy.

My arrival date was all messed up because of the airline by over a day. The front desk did a great job getting me settled in even if was three am. The staff was helpful my entire stay. The location was good, but distance to somethings like the river. The shopping was good at the mall. Walkable restaurants were limited, but safe to walk to.

O hotel é muito bem cuidado. Os quartos são muito limpos, a roupa de cama é nova e o café da manhã é excelente. Além disso, toda a equipe é muito acolhedora, educada e atenciosa. Recomendo fortemente.

Apesar das obras - provavelmente para a cop 30 - pude perceber que todos os funcionários (em especial a Jussara, camareira) são muito queridos E. educados, além D. estarem preparados para receber pessoas. O café muito bom também, mas acredito que para pessoas veganas/vegetarianas não haviam muitas opções (exemplo: cuzcuz já com calabresa tira uma ótima opção para quem não ingere esse tipo D. alimento - sendo que tem calabresa separada)
