something to improve is the very slow wifi connection; another thing, since we were two guests it would be better to find two shampoo and two water cups for toothbrushing... we found only one for each of these courtesy items

Air conditioning wasn’t working

It was hard to spend a night since the air conditioning didn’t work. The sink has to be repaired as it was dipping and the water seems to be dirty after opening the tap for the first time in the room. The towels seemed to be way over their lifespan and should be replaced.

Bussines trip to Belém

The location is fine, close to a shopping center. The room is clean and the shower is good. The room is a bit noisy due to the poor quality of the windows separating the room from the HVAC systems. Check in was fast. I was asked to fill a form with information about my credit card although my payment was already processed.
