I spent 10 days at the hotel, it was a wonderful stay. Very good service, room service was done by Mr. Éverton and he did a fantastic room service. Very good. I recommend the hotel.

Needs improvement for better value for the money. Despite some improvements already in place, better training of employees to "better serve the customers" could be made. Although Belém-PA is a very humid city, cleaning must improve. Mold is never acceptable. I had to change rooms with a downgrade because the first one I got had strong mold smell. Example: our team needed to leave the hotel 6h15 and breakfast would start at 6h30. If some food were already available on the buffet, why would the staff think it's better to leave the guests without eating breakfast at all because of 15 or 30 minutes instead of leaving them eat what was available.
