Me hospedo neste Ibis pelo menos duas vezes ao mês, a trabalho, desde setembro D. 2024. Percebi uma queda na qualidade do serviço e geral: - Tolhas D. banho muito velhas e amareladas, datando D. 2023. - Limpeza e conservação dos quartos. - Retiram as toalhas D. rosto. - Retiraram o dispensador D. sabão líquido do Box, e disponibilizam apenas um mini sabonete em barra. Eu geralmente fico uma semana, então sempre preciso pedir sabonete extra. - Problemas com a internet e TV a cabo. Estou reclamando faz cerca D. 4 meses sobre o canal 45 ESPN que não tem som. A resposta que já recebi: isso é um problema da operadora. Mesmo a trabalho, opto por me hospedar no Ibis pois em teoria existe um padrão mundial Accor, porém está unidade está deixando muito a desejar.
