I would rate my stay at Ibis Styles Belém Hangar a 7 out of 10. The hotel has a very good location and is a solid option for short stays. The room I stayed in was small but functional, which worked fine for me. However, there were some details that made the experience less comfortable. There are no power outlets close to the bed, which is inconvenient, and there was no drinking water available either in the room, even in the minibar, or in the gym. At the gym, one treadmill was not working and there was no sign indicating it. The restaurant is good and the food quality is fine, but the prices are a bit high, perhaps already adjusting for the COP30 event coming to Belém. Another frustrating point is the elevator system: the elevators are not connected, so you end up pressing several buttons to get one, which is neither smart nor efficient. Overall, the hotel delivers what you need and is well located, but these small misses—water availability, gym maintenance, and the outdated elevator logic—hold it back from being excellent.

The check-in was very slow. AC didn't cool. Lots of noise from the rooms and the street. The office sent my invoice but it is incorrect with data that does not match with mine, and they don't take the call. I tried to talk there many times to ask the correction.

Good location, staff is friendly and breakfast buffet was not bad. Room insulation is mediocre. I could hear everything from above and below. Air conditioning always set on extreme cold, whyyyy?! 22c is room temperature not 18c

Café da manhã excelente. Portas dos quartos ruidosas, causando incômodo. Em uma cidade tão repleta de atrativos, a recepção é muito desinformada, mesmo sobre atrações localizadas nas proximidades e, pelo visto, não tem nenhuma parceria com o município para ter materiais, mapas ou, no mínimo sites que sejam bons para mostrar as inúmeras belezas de Belém e como chegar nelas.

A 10mn de l'aéroport. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le restaurant est très bien, ouvert H24. Petit déjeuner complet. Bon accueil. Rien à redire à l'exception du pré-enregistrement. Ibis hotel m'a fait pré-enregistrer avec un tas de questions. Accor Hotel, 24h plus tard m'a à nouveau demandé de pré-enregistrer. Arrivé à l'hotel, 20mn pour s'enregistrer. Revoyez votre système.
