Booked this hotel some time ago and agreed to pay an extra charge for the 3rd person. Confirmed this by booking, but by check out the management would not accept this agreement and excuse themselves. This 3rd person ended up, costing nearly the same as the internet rate for the same nights, except from a very small discount after complaning. Aircondition is old and is ok cool during the daytime, but in the nights it could not cool down the room. Maybe the capacitive is too limited, when more rooms are using it. Very nice Italian restaurant close to the hotel. Called Italian Cantina.

The experience is always good but the breakfast. An unnecessary amount of bread and “healthy food” like seeds or no sugar cereal and you yogurt. Since the hotel is in Belem, it could be nice to have a local juice

I have booked 3 rooms under my name and my leclub account number. We stayed and checked out on 6 Oct, and until today 4 Nov there is no point count. Even the email for customer's satisfaction survey is sent to my email but you call my colleague name in place of my name. It seems the receptionist only count my colleague name and not my name in the check in that why I dont get any point until now I assume. Just to remind: my name is Phan Kim C.. Pls review this as it's abit dissapointed plus there is no welcome and nice arrangement which I use to get as a gold member. Facility is getting old. One bad experience with the checked in lady who seems dont know who is the gold member and paid for the rooms. I booked three kingsize bed room and I got the twin room. Then I asked for a change and it costs her a little time before she can do it. It was very dissapointed. Breakfast and dinner are not so good, less choice, taste was poor. The laundry service is not good, feel that the clothes was not well cleaned even worse than before washing. My clothes's color is darker in return. I hope the managerment review the service and quality before customers look for alternative option. Best regards, C.

Everything was well taken care of. only issue I had was with the WIFI, it kept disconnecting. had to connect each and everytime I wanted to use the internet.

Our stay was extremely good. The rooms were very well decorated and bed linen very nice. The bathroom was very well proportioned and very functional. Cupboards were solid and rigid with coat hangers and safe deposit. The rooms had Iron, Ironing board, hairdryer and alarm clocks. The room fridge was well stocked. The television was best in catergory and the internet was more than sufficient for travelers. The staff were very professional, polite and helpful. The restaurant staff were very tentative and removed dirty plates quickly and monitored dining area well.

The breakfast was delicious. The only problem was that I booked a room with a king size bed, however I was placed in a room with two beds.
