Terrible experience, the air conditioner of my room did not work on my first night, I asked for your assistance and for the second night it worked, however I woke up with the bathroom all wet, because of a leaking problem. I asked once again for the service, when I arrived at night the air conditioner did not work again and the ceiling was falling. Shame on Grand Mercure, three days without any minute peace in my stay.

Great service. The hotel is old, but clean. Breakfast is nice. I received very good and polite services from people at reception and the restaurant.
