It was terrible… I will not plan to stay at this property again… when I arrived my air conditioning wasn’t functioning I called downstairs band was told they were busy and would call me back… 40 minutes later I went downstairs and they changed my room after not calling me back… at check in I received a card for a welcome drink… good for alcohol or water/coffee ect… At checkout I asked them to redeem the card and change my bar tab from 3 coffees to one… the lady was rude, said no, I insisted, she went behind the door to an office and told me no again… so I said you will lose my future business over not honoring my welcome drink… $4 … what a joke

Strange had a bad experience, in de morning 01.20 hours someone was forcing the room 309 Happened a drunk person

The overall experience was great, few area to improve: 1. The check-in and check-out process was very slow, the receptionist was not well prepared, had to take 20 minutes each time 2. The bar usually ran out of short drinks, and was very slow to deliver the drink. 3. English knowledge of the all the workers could be better.
