The room was tidy and well maintained, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful—something I particularly appreciated given the language challenges. However, I was deeply disappointed that the hotel refused to recognise my ACCOR membership number (3…2235). I chose this hotel specifically because of my ACCOR loyalty, and it felt unfair that my membership was not accepted. If bookings made through the UNFCCC official channel are ineligible for membership benefits, this should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking. The lack of transparency left me feeling misled. For this reason, I adjusted my rating from “extremely satisfied” to “satisfied.”

It was only a stay for a few hours to wait for my flight to depart. Overall great place, everything like markets/ vendors etc are around. The only thing what was very bad was the room ( dirty mirrors as if they were never cleaned. Dirty bedframes with trash and traces of food. It felt like they only change bed and pillowsheets and nothing else. It doesn’t matter if it is on a budget but a clean room is still comfort.
