It took 1 hour for checking in at the frontdesk. After we finally checked in and we wanted to have breakfast we were denied. I came back to the frontdesk office and after waiting for 15 minutes we received permission. The bathroom is so super small and also the toilet is even smaller. You can not do what you need to do properly. We are never comming back to your hotel. There was another reservation booked for us for another day and it was paid already but we did not show up because of the bad experience

This place overall is very good in every way. Possibly the one thing they could do better is to have at least one or two staff members speak English and enable a small amount of currency exchange but other than that they are overall excellent in most things

Location was reasonable. Breakfast every morning was great. The space area of the room and bathroom were the only unsatisfactory points.

The room is very small, no room for luggage and personal belongs. Toilet is too small and we need to keep the door open to use it. Shower cabinet there is no ventilation and the aspect is not good. Mattrass is old and uncomfortable.
