Nice rooms, clean, pleasant staff. Elevators and key system are poor. In our two day stay, we had to have six new keys and the elevator closest to the desk wouldn’t go to any floor except 30. The food is good for breakfast a d the location is very close to the Boulevard Shopping Mall

Great Loction

Hotel was well situated. Close to everything. Safe location. Hotel was cleaned and well Maintained. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was, in my opinion, good, but not great. Not a lot of healthy choices. Pool was great. Gymn was small and not equipment old. Had problem with toilet and took a long time to fix. Hot water at shower sometimes not available or took long time to start flowing. The most annoying thing was the internet. It was streaming based which was constantly reloading. This made watching tv un-enjoyable. Overall, hotel was good. I hope management address the deficiencies I mention above. Doing so would make this hotel excellent.

I never received the receipt of my stay (that I was told I would receive via email) and don´t manage to contact the hotel to ask for the receipt (nobody picks up the phone or replies to my emails).
