Checkin was ok as was check out. Room was adequate but overpriced for what we got. Dinner at the hotel was downright terribleness a burger that was cold and nearly impossible to cut with a knife that was served 45 minutes after we ordered is. Likely will stay elsewhere next time to Belém.

We arrived early in the morning and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us and give us a quiet comfortable place to wait for a room to become available.

We had to have the in room safe attended to three times in 48 hours to get it to open and close properly. It was replaced twice.We were put into one room and switched to another room because the window to the exterior wouldn’t lock in either. They never did lock so we had to prop a chair up. No lotion provided in the bathroom. Lucas in the dining room was wonderful and very helpful telling us about the town. Reception desk was also very helpful.
