The hotel phone is not working so I can't ask for the invoice. Without it, I can't make my company reimbursement. This is totally bad.

Checkin was fine although initially a problem as staff member had poor english. Manager, with english fixed it. Wifi did not connect in the room.. was meant to. The lobby and corridors for our floor were dark and musty with a distinct smell of mould, which my sinuses react badly to.

The ACCOR statement next to the elevators about a ""unique cultural legacy", sense of hospitality, anticipate the needs of guests, etc. is a joke. Everything was quite ordinary. There was no welcoming attitude by front desk staff, the room was drab, no manager was on duty on the weekend, the housekeeping was inconsistent, etc.
