Staff are very professional and friendly, and speaks good English. Location is very central in Ginza with walking distances to amazing restaurants and popular shops. Family mart is right next to the hotel.

Nice quiet location near shopping and across the street from a convenience store. Wonderful amenities in the room including a nightgown, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, razor. Coin operated laundry machines. My only complaint is the lack of in-room tea kettle or coffee machine. To get coffee, you must go to lobby and get a cup from the reception.

Good location. Nice staff. Hotel was overall well kept. Affordable. The bathroom was nice and updated. The only con is the room was a bit dated.

Please avoid. Only good thing is location. Half of the things in the room were not working and washroom was stinking.
