Good location. Small room, bad heating and cooling either goes too hot or too cold, cleaners did bare minimum, didn’t empty rubbish bins that were clearly rubbish ready to be cleared. Would of rather paid the extra money and stayed at mercure.

Overall good stay but never gave welcome drink and forgot to issue breakfast coupons.

The hotel seemed brand new and the rooms extremely well designed. Asakusa line Subway stop nearby with DIRECT service to both Narita and Haneda Airports. Coffee-Matcha tea machine in the lobby was nice. The hotel has a Thai themed restaurant. Very good food and nice breakfast.

The hotel was good overall, in an excellent Ginza location and offered good value for money. For Japan, the rooms were reasonably sized. The main letdown for me was the quality of the breakfast in the hotel which left a lot to be desired.
