Overall the stay was good, with the staff always being extremely courteous and willing to help. Maid service, however, was hit or miss - my room was not cleaned for three days during my two week stay. Sundays seem especially problematic (I have seen that before), but this time it was a Wednesday(?!), Friday and Sunday. The housekeeping team can do better. Room service is always very courteous but sometimes can take a long time / several calls before picking up. One order I placed was missing a bottle of water I had requested, but it was not a big deal. I had the impression that the hotel was running on very thin staff; maybe this was just because it was the middle of winter…but I hope next time things are better.

We will review what happened during your stay, particularly on the days you mentioned, to ensure improvements are made. We also regret the delay in answering your room service calls and the missing bottle of water from your order. While we are glad it did not cause major inconvenience, this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Regarding staffing, winter periods can sometimes be more challenging, but this should never impact the quality of our guests’ experience. There could be a long line on the front desk at times. Overall an okay stay with a minimum amenities and cleaning. I requested the kettle to be cleaned, but wasn't.

Very good; Staff was helpful; Very quiet rooms which enjoyed; I like that iron room; the restaurant was nice and the entrees were very good. Only a couple of downsides - The room was warm for me at night and had to open the window and the fitness center required an extra fee and had limited hours.

Nice hotel straight at the train station
