Nice hotel but please train your staff

Ideal location, clean, quiet and spacious rooms, truly exclusive environment. However, I think you need to train your staff better. I requested a transfer from the airport to the hotel but the receptionist booked it for the next day. At breakfast, I asked the waiter for a spoon (impossible to eat yogurt with the small tea spoon) and he replied that they are not made available in the buffet together with the other cutlery because otherwise you have to wash too many dishes.... For the rest but the experience was pleasant. Worthy of note is the beautiful transparent lift that leads from the reception to the rooms.

clean but gym situation is bad

Hi al Very nice hotel and clean rooms - I would recommend. However: You cannot promote a sauna and a gym on the pictures. In real life the gym door is closed you have to walk outside and then you have to pay? As a hotel guest? Very bad. Even though its external I understand, but then dont promote it.

I have been bited by a bug during night I asked the receiption to help and they were nice and helpful and they searched for bugs but havent found But when i returned back home the doctor confirmed that this is bug bites So now i am cleaning my house and asked Pesticide company to come tommorrow and spray pesticides ..
