However, we sincerely apologize for the inconsistencies you experienced with housekeeping. Not having your room cleaned for several days is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping management team, as reliability and consistency are extremely important to us. We will review what happened during your stay, particularly on the days you mentioned, to ensure improvements are made. We also regret the delay in answering your room service calls and the missing bottle of water from your order. While we are glad it did not cause major inconvenience, this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Regarding staffing, winter periods can sometimes be more challenging, but this should never impact the quality of our guests’ experience.
