I appreciated the attention to my check-in after arriving late in the evening. With computers needing a reboot. Seeing that it was late they checked me in via an alternative route and offered to pour me my welcome drink right before the bar closed. A nice way to wind down after the modern day challenges of air travel!

the check-in takes too long. you should find a way to hand over the keys in less than 1mn. ( the amount of information the staff has to key in in the computer seems overly complicated)
