The hotel is very comfortable and ideally located within walking distance of my work place. I bought a group of 22 people into the restaurant at short notice and the staff coped with it brilliantly.

Though this is an airport hotel the free Geneva public transport pass makes this place easily accessible to everywhere in Geneva including the city centre. Staff were very helpful at all times. The complimentary airport transfers is a bonus. Will recommend this hotel any day.

Very clean and convenient location to stay for business, friendly staff, but too basic for 4*: no slippers, no robes, no even hair conditioner and body lotion. No USB ports! This is super inconvenient and unexpected for a modern property, especially taking into account specific Swiss socket standard. With that, no adapters.
