Our high-speed WiFi service is complimentary for all guests, ensuring seamless connectivity during their stay. Regarding air conditioning, our hotel has a central system that adjusts to heating or cooling depending on the season. Unfortunately, we are still in the transitional season, when the weather still fluctuates greatly between warm and cold. It is not easy to meet everyone’s needs here. Dear Herman, We are grateful for your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated our location, as being situated in the vibrant center of Berlin allows easy access to many iconic sights. We regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet the standards you expected. The air conditioning system in our hotel is centrally controlled. We can only set these to heating or cooling. Unfortunately, during this transitional period, it’s not easy to meet the needs and wishes of all guests. Additionally, while we strive to provide a peaceful environment, our central location can contribute to some street noise, especially during busy hours. We encourage our guests to reach out to our team for assistance with any comfort needs during their stay. Nonetheless, it is wonderful to hear that you found value in our breakfast offerings.
