The location was close to many things- food, transit, and museums. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Check in and Check out was very easy.

the location is 10! Small hotel and room and toilet .Should have some more like contitioner, more hangers for clothes and fix the broken glass door in the entrance wich make bad impression. Clean room and warm enough in the winter period. but the pillows were very big and there weren' t so comfortable Five minitues or less from alexanderplatz although quiet .The staff were so polite ! I woyld come againu

Had a good experience for two nights in a single room. The room was clean, quiet and modern, had a huge TV inside and the Wifi was working well. Staff was friendly and the location with the Alexanderplatz station nearby is great to explore the city. Plenty restaurants and cafés are nearby as well.

The Hotel is well-located, and public transportation is easy to access. However, the place itself is a bit dated. We had to wait many times for the only super slow elevator. The rooms are nice, but the little heater in the bathroom is useless. I was freezing every time I showed up. That needs improvement! The check-in was slow since there was only one counter and high demand when we checked in.
