2 minutes from Alexanderplatz, spacious room, beds ok, shower cabin bit small, breakfast very good, staff friendly and helpful. Elevator slow.

Excellent location for a city trip. Greet Berlin Alexanderplatz is a no frills hotel in the heart of the city. We liked the breakfast and the friendly staff.

4 star hotel. Asked for additional towels daily never got them. Rooms smells like a sewer because there is no working ventilation in the bathroom. The showercabine is to small to turn around. Left a roomcard/key in the room which disappeared. The doorhandle if the shower kept falling of locking you in. All in all no way near the 4 stars mentioned on the accor site. Espacially if compared to novotel nearby which was 4 stars where I stayed 2 years ago.

WiFi on the 7th floor sometimes disconnects
