Location is perfect. Rooms are ok, very small bathroom. No international tv channels, only german channels. Not great. Lift, bit outdated, in fact it broke down on the last day. I was scared to use it.

Cold ugly and far from Alexanderplatz

Well located, nice reception staff, elevator was very slow and the room cleaning was bad; the bed was not cleaned properly nor was the bathrom.

Overall we loved the stay, but with the very warm weather, we could not get the room to cool even tho aircon was on max cooling. The after a room service the bathroom had a terrible smell. But we then got changed to a room that did not have the sun pouring in so that was much better
