We booked a room at this hotel and realized just one minute later that we had accidentally selected dates one month later than intended. We contacted them immediately to change the dates, and we were assured that we could stay at the hotel this month and that the issue would be resolved afterward. We stayed at the hotel, but they did not refund the payment that was made by mistake. As a result, we stayed for one night but ended up paying twice. This is a very unprofessional attitude toward customers.

Well located, nice reception staff, elevator was very slow and the room cleaning was bad; the bed was not cleaned properly nor was the bathrom.

Finally, we’re pleased our central Alexanderplatz location allowed easy access to Berlin’s landmarks. Overall we loved the stay, but with the very warm weather, we could not get the room to cool even tho aircon was on max cooling. The after a room service the bathroom had a terrible smell. But we then got changed to a room that did not have the sun pouring in so that was much better

We found the Greet Ibis in Berlin excellent. Very clean, very helpful staff, especially Leanardo on reception. The breakfast was excellent and altogether for the price this was an excellent stay.
