The room was comfortable and welcoming. The Airconditioning was a little challenging to get to work and unfortunately the room service app wasnt working, but the young man downstairs was helpful with both issues. I felt welcomed and slept well. The showers could do with a little refresh.

The air conditioner in my room sounded like a jet was in my room all night. Had to turn it to a higher temp to stop the noise, but that defeated the purpose of having it on. the cleaners left a bag of rubbish in my room which I found on the bathroom sink when I returned in the afternoon. Dirty glass was left on the counter and toilet wasn't cleaned.

Disappointed room was warm, no water or jug in the fridge.
