Helpful and friendly staff. Noted that the down button on the 4th floor is not working as lift will bypass the 4th floor when we wanted to go down to the GF. . We have to press the up button , enter the lift and then press the ground floor button once inside the lift. Perhaps under staff or staff required to multitasks and not at the service station e.g. ordering food at the restaurant or at the front desk.

Spacious room that’s well located to the city. Great value for money. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I booked last minute - for a great rate and got upgraded to a balcony room. Easy check in and check out.

Had everything we needed, would stay again.

We stayed in room 503 as i was with my daughter for a hospital apointment nearby and needed a twin room. It was also with a balcony. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Tv, very good working air con, full length mirror, bedside lamps, kettle, tea and coffee, milk in fridge. Ironing board, hairdryer. A comfy chair. The staff were very nice. The food in the restaurant for dinner was very nice and well priced. I was a little concerned due to many negative reviews, however we would happily stay again. The price did end up being the same as booking dot com the day before and as an accor member, I thought that was odd, particularly as reservations would not discount, however that does not affect the quality of our stay.

The room was ok but it had only one chair.Also it would have been nice if there had been biscuits in the room
