It was a short stay cation. And it was an excellent one. Food, leisure, rooms, all as expected. We were family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay. Good pool, good kids room with good options to entertain. I liked the idea of having a library in kids room.

From the moment you arrive till the moment you check-out, the service is impeccable. One of the best locations in Almaty. Amazing and fantastic facilities, the spa and pool areas are fabulous as is the gym. For the food, wow! the breakfast has many options and many different options to choose from, the restaurants offer a fantastic selection of food for lunch or dinner. Super clean rooms well presented. I tried to find any small issues but honestly, could not fault the hotel or its staff. Special thanks to Mr. Ozgur, Zarina and Aivaz who always were helpful and welcoming. This will become my usual place to stay when visiting Almaty, if it is for work or personal visits.

Luxury property - Lacking aplenty - Not worth staying again.

This is a luxury resort - however as the name suggests it is a wellness resort - meaning it is meant for some treatments. The bathrooms have various handles/stands that are meant to assist the sick/ elderly - which feels strange for normal guests. The Hill view room was not worth the tariff. We were given the room right at the end which does not have a great view. The rooms further down would have a better view. There were constant noise from room above which was a pain- even after complaining, the hotel staff did nothing to assist. The dining area is a vast with amazing options for breakfast - however menu is extremely limited for south Asian travelers. Their burgers were excellent though. The staff were attentive but did not do much to go beyond to assist. Overall a disappointing stay - would not want to stay there again.
