I frequently travel to Almaty for business and Rixos is my go-to hotel. Its prime location and superb lobby make it perfect for business meetings. The staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to accommodate every visitor’s needs. Highly recommended!

I am not satisfied with Rixos. Comparing Swissotel, the price is like twice of Swissotel. And the area is smaller than Swissotel. Please don't put in ALL ACCOR this hotel. I am really dissappointed. I cannot refund the breakfast. in Swissotel i can do it refund breakfast if cancel before the day. No more words to describe this disappointment.

Usually service is excellent. Was not on this occasion. I do not expect to be permanently chased to pay for items that I am trying to put on the room. Rooms need renovating and there was a smell of compost coming from the loo. No recognition of ALL status

My least pleasurable stay at the Rixos Almaty. Staff were not on form this time with the real kick in the teeth coming as I was checking out. I was asked whether I had taken anything from the mini bar and was then told I had to wait for a member of staff to check - made me feel like a common criminal. I also had a member of my party who made the team aware that their air conditioning was broken and running very warm. They failed to fix it or offer a new room in an almost empty hotel.
