First time I experienced such terrible stay and treatment. I couldn't not book thw room around a month until my local partner jumped in to resolve it. You need to find motivation for your hotel workers to do their work at least at a minimum because it it harms your business and reputation. I will never return to this hotel and will never recommend to anyone.

Reading your review was deeply disappointing, because we clearly failed to provide you with the smooth, respectful, and professional service you deserved. You should never have had to wait so long or involve your local partner just to resolve something so simple. I want to assure you that the moment I met with the representative who came to the hotel on your behalf, I acted immediately and reached out to you to accelerate the process of issuing your invoice. Even so, I fully acknowledge that this situation should never have escalated to that point, and for that I sincerely apologize. Your comments about our staff motivation and service quality are extremely valuable. We are already taking steps to address these concerns, reinforce accountability, and ensure that no other guest experiences similar frustration. Your experience has highlighted areas that absolutely must be improved, and your feedback will directly contribute to positive changes. I completely understand why you feel the way you do, and I am truly sorry that we let you down. While you mentioned that you will not return or recommend us, I genuinely hope that someday we may have the chance to earn back your confidence. Dust is wiped only from flat surfaces. there is a lot of dust on the furniture. Bathrooms are run down

Reception staff was very rush. When I got to my room there was a used water bottle on the floor, fridge had mold and ice all over. Room was dated and not properly cleaned. For the rate they charge you per night, it was not worth it.

We stayed at Rixors for a week. Good rooms. Staff was friendly. We did have issues with cleanliness in the room. Food was ok… Location was probably the main reason for stay at this property.

Great Location, But Service & Maintenance Need a Boost

Rixos has a prime city-center location, but the property feels old and poorly maintained. We were upgraded to a junior suite, but worn carpets, shabby furniture, and broken curtains left a poor impression. Room service was inconsistent, elevators unreliable, and breakfast was limited with average quality. This is not the Rixos standard I’ve experienced elsewhere. The brand needs to urgently refresh the property and improve service to match its reputation.
