Being in Kazakhstan I prefer to choose Rixos. I was in Rixos Chymkent and Almaty and am satisfied with the inside environment. Besides, the hotel is well located. Welcoming and professional personnel makes my stay comfortable.

Good stay, not helpful staff

The front desk staff tried to overcharge me for ordering a car. When I tried to extend my stay I was told the hotel was fully booked, although it wasn’t (I check booking.com). The staff didn’t want to send complimentary bottles of water (I stayed there for 5 days). When I asked for a band aid (I was bleeding) I was told I have to go to pharmacy to get one. Concierge non existent. Staff from the front desk was terrible apart from 2 ladies (one duty manager and one trainee). Definitely will not recommend this hotel. Shame!

1 told us not Accor property hence platinum member No benifits… no welcome drink… cannot upgrade …. 2 I booked on Accor 2 nights then was booked for 4 nights… total 6 nights stay 3 had I known it’s not Accor may have booked Novotel 4 surprised to see this mail 5 still confused … is it Accor property or not… spoke to rooms director… commercial director… reception .. all say no Accor Hope to get a reply from you
