Excellent location, very helpful staff (particularly Birzhan) who went out of the way & helped). Also, special thanks to Almat prior to arrival & Hamza after arriving. Special mention to the Chefs who served excellent variety in the breakfast. The downside was the payment issue. My mastercard was rejected twice due to a technical glitch, and unfortunately charged twice. The positive is that Birzhan handled the situation very well and assured full support. However, I had to make a phone call to my bank on global roaming charges to explain the situation to the bank which cost me KZT 13440 (International roaming charges). Also, due to international currency exchange fluctuations and foreign transaction charges, even after my bank solves and refunds the payment, I’ll still incur a loss of KZT 14000. Hence, the total loss of KZT 27440 (13440+14000)(SAR 196 approximately) which is clearly not my fault. Besides this payment technical issue, the stay was a pleasant one.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. Very clean and cozy room and courteous and helpful staff, price is reasonable and superb location. Near some Resto and shopping store and can walk to Green Bazaar from the hotel. I will surely book this hotel again in the future.

We had a comfortable stay. A perfect rest space after a day’s tour of activities. The location is convenient near Arbat square and recommended restaurants. Staff are helpful.

Extremely satisfied with the stay. Situated nearby to tourists attraction merely by walking distance. F&B and services beyond my expectations. Kudos to hotel’s receptionist for being so accommodating, namely Khamza for his hospitality.
