It is a cozy hotel, with well-thought and designed rooms with enough space. The location was perfect for me, with many restaurants and small shops around. The big mall is a few hundred meters away. Breakfast is decent. The staff was courteous. Ibis is in the same building as Novotel. I liked the idea of preserving nature by removing complimentary water in plastic bottles and replacing it with a glass jar where you can put water from the filter in the corridor. I will consider staying again.

Hello there The hotel was very very good and clean also the service was on time and fast but now I’m facing a problem which is I didn’t receive the points of my reservation until now is there any problem? I’m happy to have that experience with this hotel and I would like to try it again. Thanks

Decent hotel in a good location. Price to quality is ok, comparing to other hotels. Gym is good, good choice for breakfast. Cleanliness is good. Modern building, good coffeeshop and a good Kazakh restaurant in the house. Basically everything available that is needed. Wifi quality average at best. No body lotion in the room which is very unusual for ibis. In the gym, drinking water is warm as the cooler is broken (been broken for months…). As I believe criticism is important: generally lack of attention by staff and management to details, such as the mess during breakfast with tables not tidied up; another time you leave the table to get a new cup of coffee they take away your uneaten food… or cleaning staff entering the room without knocking. At line brew no interest to serve (cold) food right after 23:00 - but obviously not for all, some others are served hot food at 23:45. And the piano should not be accessible as some people “play” there which is partly a very cacophonous.
