It was Very good but the payment method is upset us. We booked on bookıng.com but the payment process is canceled by the hotel and it was difficult to repay again from the abroad. But the hotel team understand us and helped us .

the room allocated was at the very end of the corridor with no view. So disappointed with that but overall enjoyed the service and attentive staff

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to the downtown of the city! Nice restaurants at a very walkable distance. And it’s also not far from the airport, about 25 minutes-ride in taxi

It’s my second year doing the winter program for my 20 students at this hotel. We rented the conference room and booked out a few rooms for the program staff. Gulzat and all the staff were impeccable- our every wish was granted with a smile. I also want to give a special recognition to the wonderful piano lady who plays at breakfast - she brightened our day every day!

Everything is good (breakfast, cleaning, room), but! Toilet room is too cold, floor is cold as in arctic. Also, there is no bidet spray, very uncomfortable for me and my colleagues.
