Great with power outages

Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great design, great comfort. But when the electricity goes off and the fire alarm goes off at 3am for 40minutes - the least hotel staff could do (but didn't) is offer suffering guests a cup of tea or a glass of juice, or maybe even a refund for the night.

On the whole, a good stay but the check-in procedure needs to be clarified

Just over 1 week in advance, I booked a 3 night stay via the Accor app and requested an early check-in, as my flight landed at 03:30, so I planned to reach the hotel at around 05:00. Noboby replied to confirm that this was OK. Two days before I was due to arrived, I sent an e-mail directly to your hotel with the same request that I had already sent via the app. Once again, no reply. Not surprisingly, when I arrived at 05:00 on 2nd June, the guy on reception told me "your room will be ready at 14:00". Of course I showed him all the correspondence (from my side - since nobody bothered to reply to me), and he was apologetic but said that the hotel is fully booked. Luckily, a room became available as somebody checked out early, and it was cleaned & ready within an hour, so it wasn't the end of the world. How do I avoid this happening again in the future, since I am sure that I am not the only person who arrives in the middle of the night, since most flights into Almaty arrive then?

receptionist very Ok . housekeeping service a little slow to respond at standards requests and at extraordinary request. Receptionist interventions was required to get the services .
