The hotel has all the chances to be one of the best hotels in Almaty but the bed is extremely uncomfortable and definitely unhealthy. I have been a guest of many premissed around the world and in many other hotels of the same chain. This hotel has to do something about it. This detail is the only complaint I have but it is a very serious one.

Everything was 10/10 except having to fill my own water many times a day at the floor water dispenser. The staff were kind enough to accommodate my request for additional bottles. However, the parking was not properly marked and this created confusion. Overall, a great hotel and I am eager to try the adjoining Novotel when travelling with family.

I liked those eco-saving things - like no plastic bottles and so on. It was calm, I did not hear any noise around. Breakfast was really nice. Personnel were helpful and welcome. There were well-located electrical sockets.
