Dear Mikhail M., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the window not closing tightly and the seat near the table not being clean. This is certainly not the level of comfort and cleanliness we strive to provide, and we will address these issues immediately with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. Regarding the toilet seat, we would like to assure you that our bathrooms are fully sanitized as part of the general cleaning process after each guest checks out. While we do not use stickers to indicate this, strict hygiene protocols are followed to ensure cleanliness for every new arrival. As for tea and coffee, we understand your expectation. However, according to the guidelines of Ibis hotels, which are categorized as 3-star, tea and coffee facilities are not included as part of the standard room amenities. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a better experience.
