My stay was comfortable. I got everything that was necessary. I have one suggestion, although that's not something that's a problem just a suggestion, hot water temperature in shower was not constant. Sometimes the.watee temperature drops in between shower. It doesn't become un bearable, however temperature control can make things better. However, I would like to mention that the stay exceeded expectations.

As a Platinum Plus Accor member, I received a room upgrade and a late check-out, which added extra comfort to my stay. Everything was top-notch: clean, quiet, with excellent soundproofing. Not a single disturbance during the night. The breakfast exceeded all expectations. In two years of traveling, I’ve only encountered this level of quality at ibis hotels twice before. It was a delightful surprise to see such a high standard here. Check-in was handled by Amir – professional, quick, and courteous. I truly appreciated his willingness to accommodate my requests. One interesting feature of this property is that it combines Ibis and Novotel Living in the same building. This setup didn’t bother me at all; on the contrary, it allows the best of both brands to shine through, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. While "boutique hotel" might not fully apply to a five-story property, this arrangement gives the place a unique charm that feels personal and welcoming. A unique feature worth mentioning is the bookshelf-library in the hotel. It’s a lovely touch; guests can borrow books to read or even purchase them. In the age of digital services, such a nod to traditional books is truly heartwarming. The location of the hotel is excellent as well – very convenient. The hotel restaurant deserves special praise. I highly recommend the meat dishes – everything was top-quality. The beer was delicious, and the unobtrusive service added to the overall comfort. A big thank you to the entire Ibis Almaty Jetisu team for an outstanding experience!
