Ordered room service and food was cold and they had missed items on order. When I mentioned parts of my order were missing the staff just shrugged their shoulders and left.

The only issue was related to breakfast. There was no free tables to sit as service people didn't clean up them after previous guests. The situation repeated everyday around 8.30 am
