While the room we stayed in was well kept and per expectations the buffet that we ended up paying extra for was served cold. As vegetarians we in any case had few options and to make matters worse either what we wanted was over (well before breakfast closing time) or was cold.

Nice stay for business travel

Had a very nice stay while traveling for work. The hotel is modern, well-designed and clean, and the staff was excellent. Downsides: way too hot at night and it couldn’t be changed/turned off (they told me to just open the window, so street noise was an issue), no conditioner in the room (and none available from reception either).

Awesome reception staff who were helpful during checkin and despite being a busy evening they always gave a smile and spoke politely. Well done. Out of many Ibis that I have stayed at all over the globe to me this is the best. Housekeeping staff on 3rd floor provided the necessary amenities whenever requested and made up my room although I did not request. All of my stuff was neatly arranged when I got back. Rooms were immaculate and clean. I called reception to ask for breakfast details and was greeted politely and gave me the information I wanted spoke in good English and thanked me for the call. Wow. Keep up the good work.
