Good position, silent rooms. Unfortunately the breakfast room is very cold and the breakfast food is not heated well, the food that has to be hot is quite often very cold. Also there's always problems with the towels. I book the room for two people and find a set only for one! Everyday I ask for extra towels but the very next day after cleaning service the towels are gone and the set is again for one pedson. It's VERY annoying!

Ibis (Almaty) is my home away from home. The service is amazing. The staff is most accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable. Location is perfect with walking access to most of the city attractions.
