The hotel has all the chances to be one of the best hotels in Almaty but the bed is extremely uncomfortable and definitely unhealthy. I have been a guest of many premissed around the world and in many other hotels of the same chain. This hotel has to do something about it. This detail is the only complaint I have but it is a very serious one.
