I’m very satisfied of the hotel. Very comfortable, friendly staff, the room was clean, tidy and with big Space. Breakfast was very Good and with many choices. Only note I have to make is about the water: hot water was red (I think it’s because the presente of iron. I will recommend your hotel to my colleagues if they come to Almaty in the future.

Hotel is located in the middle of the shopping area. lots of bars and restaurant's within walking distance. facilities in the hotel are good although during my stay, the AC in the room was not enabled which led to very sleepless nights. Opening the window at night resulted in traffic noise from the street below.

My fiancee and I had an amazing time sightseeing and exploring Almaty and part of the reason why is because Mercure was so comfortable and accommodating. The spa is quaint but hit the spot! The heating in our room was excessive but we just opened the window (which automatically turned off the heating). Thank you again to everyone at Mercure for making us feel so welcome.
