Good. One suggestion : Restriction of 2 small water bottles a day is unreal for a large Hotel like yours

It was wonderful experience everything was great. One suggestion for your breakfast menu, if you can have some options for the vegetarian travellers who do not prefer meat and eggs would be a great addition.

Nice and comfortable hotel

I didn’t like there was no second lock at the room door. ( upper side) As a woman I don’t feel safe. The staff at the reception told me there is no 2nd lock at the door for airline crews. That wasn’t true. My colleague has this lock.

Hi, During my stay I had several smaller issues. - Lights not working properly in the bathroom. - No amenities in the bathroom for 2 days - Non working intl TV channels. I had mentioned these issues at reception several times but nothing was really resolved. Regrettable

My stay was just okay. While the room was large and spacious, the overall experience didn't meet expectations for the price paid. The towels were of terrible quality, more suited to an Ibis hotel than a Mercure. The breakfast was reasonable but nothing extraordinary. Housekeeping was inconsistent—on one occasion, I was away the entire day, yet by 6 pm, my room still hadn't been cleaned. Overall, I expected better for the price and brand reputation.
