Third time staying at the hotel. Always a good experience. I really love the location and neighborhood. The nightlife around is great and it is not far from the office by Yandex. Only issue this time is that I can seem to get the stay onto my ALL account for points. Not sure what the issue is.

This is where I always stay when I come to Almaty. The staff are wonderful, the room is comfortable, the gym is great and breakfast is amazing!

I’m very satisfied of the hotel. Very comfortable, friendly staff, the room was clean, tidy and with big Space. Breakfast was very Good and with many choices. Only note I have to make is about the water: hot water was red (I think it’s because the presente of iron. I will recommend your hotel to my colleagues if they come to Almaty in the future.
