Nice Stay at Mercure Almaty

It was a nice experience. It's in the city center and is on the main road, near Arbat Street. The room was nice and well-furnished; the bathroom was spacious. The room had mountain view - you can see the ranges at a distance. Staff was friendly. The breakfast spread was nice. Check-in is quick, but for check-out, you need to wait for their staff member to check the mini-bar and report, which may take a little while.

During my recent stay at mercure almaty , I had the pleasure of being assisted by Artemiy and khamra , and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, taking the time to answer any questions I had about the hotel and local area. Throughout my stay, they remained a consistent point of contact—always approachable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Artemiy and khamra both assisted me with booking a taxi and they also helped me with speaking with the drivers in the local language. Artemiy was really helpful he even payed the driver as I didn’t have cash. This level of service truly elevated my stay, and I hope the management recognizes the value that khamra and Artemiy brings to the team. Thank you again for making my visit so enjoyable.
