Rooms, services and location are ok. As an Indian Tourist there is lack of Veg Food and Breakfast, beside so many Indian tourist visited and staying .In general major Indian People never eat Non-Veg Food in Morning. kindly add Veg Food in morning breakfast like Upama , Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Aluparatha, Gobi Paratha, Paneer Paratha, Poha etc

The centralized AC was working in 'heating' mode only and the only way to cool down the stuffy room according to the reception was to open the tiny window. Tried that on the first night but couldn't sleep properly. They said they will send a fan if required, so asked for one for the second night. The guy said there was a shortage of fans so couldn't provide one. We had to literally call them multiple times and tell them we were completely dissatisfied for them to come to the room and check how hot it was even with an open window and then provide a fan. I really don't understand why does an AC need to mandatorily operate in heating mode when hotels charging barely half the price as of Novotel (and not a big brand either) had normal ACs that just allowed you to control the room temperature. We wouldn't choose this hotel if we visit Almaty again as we did not get value for money. Ultimately the most important thing you are looking for in a hotel stay is a good sleep and we had it ruined for one of the two nights.

During the colder months, the system automatically operates in heating mode to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch it to cooling mode for a single room, as it is connected to the entire system. We understand that this may have caused inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience while our team provided a fan to help improve the room’s comfort.
