Firstly, we regret that you did not receive an invoice copy at check-out. This should have been provided promptly, and we understand how frustrating this must have been for you. Please contact our front desk team, and we will ensure that a copy is sent to you immediately. Regarding the bottled water, we want to clarify that as part of our commitment to being an eco-friendly hotel, we’ve opted to reduce plastic waste by providing purified water stations in the corridors near the rooms. Instead of single-use plastic bottles, we offer carafes in each room that guests can fill with fresh, purified water at their convenience. We understand that this might differ from what some guests are accustomed to, and we apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your stay. We also acknowledge your comments about the lack of a swimming pool and open area. While our property does not include these specific amenities, we focus on providing a serene and comfortable environment for our guests within the facilities we do offer. We strive to create a relaxing and luxurious experience, and we are always exploring ways to enhance our offerings based on guest feedback.
