Excellent stay at Novotel Living Jetisu Almaty! A huge thank you to Albina at the front desk for her exceptionally kind and polite service—she even arranged a complimentary room upgrade for us. We loved our spacious room with a kitchenette. Having the ability to prepare simple meals and coffee made our 5-day trip so much more convenient and truly feel like a "home away from home." The location is perfect, right next to Arbat Street. Highly recommended for couples or families looking for comfort, great service, and that extra convenience, would stay again!
