WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INVOICE COPY FROM THE HOTEL , THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDE BOTTLE DRINKING WATER , THEY DOESNOT HAVE SWIMMING POOL , ALSO THERE IS NO OPEN AREA ON THE HOTEL

Firstly, we regret that you did not receive an invoice copy at check-out. This should have been provided promptly, and we understand how frustrating this must have been for you. Please contact our front desk team, and we will ensure that a copy is sent to you immediately. Regarding the bottled water, we want to clarify that as part of our commitment to being an eco-friendly hotel, we’ve opted to reduce plastic waste by providing purified water stations in the corridors near the rooms. Instead of single-use plastic bottles, we offer carafes in each room that guests can fill with fresh, purified water at their convenience. We understand that this might differ from what some guests are accustomed to, and we apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your stay. We also acknowledge your comments about the lack of a swimming pool and open area. While our property does not include these specific amenities, we focus on providing a serene and comfortable environment for our guests within the facilities we do offer. Well located new building

All is excellent but the Buffet Bfast should have some Indian Vegetarian food When guests from india are in plenty 2. As I understand Bfast outsourced still there should be some changes in menu on daily basis 3. I tried to request that cook something vegetarian but declined by staff saying this is laid and that’s only possible bfast
