Please allow us to clarify that our hotel is equipped with a centralized ventilation system, which controls heating and cooling for all rooms simultaneously. During the colder months, the system automatically operates in heating mode to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch it to cooling mode for a single room, as it is connected to the entire system. We understand that this may have caused inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience while our team provided a fan to help improve the room’s comfort.
