positive; 1) good location and connected to malls 2) spacious living with well equipped facilities amenities 3) good customer service at counter and concierge 4) smooth check in and check out process 5) able to accommodate last minute request (birthday cake celebration) negative; 1) On Saturday morning we were occupied and hurried to our event, that we left our CASH AND CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS UNSUPERVISED in the room but with DO NOT DISTURB SIGNAGE BY THE DOOR. However, we realized that both of our bedrooms were cleaned which means someone had entered the room and ignored the DO NOT DISTURB SIGNAGE during our absence (First Intrusion). 2) Toilet door CANNOT BE LOCKED, we needed to make announcements every time someone were using the bathroom. 3) The shower glass door in one of the toilets is FAULTY AND STUCKED to the floor when opened, we were required to lift up the glass door to use the shower area. It is very DANGEROUS AND INCONVENIENT to guests especially kids. 4) On Sunday, 1 hour before the check out time, the maintenance team RANG the doorbell and ENTERED USING THEIR OWN CARD SHORTLY AFTER as if the unit was empty (Second Intrusion). To note, we did not made any complaints or required any assistance for maintenance. When they were confronted of the purpose of entering, they said it is due to maintaining the unit before the arrival of VIP guests but failed to specify in detail which area/item were needed to be repaired. They also asked me (the current guest) if I was the VIP. The maintenance team did not proceed to enter. During the check out, we lodged our complaints and were promised to have a feedback from the hotel regarding the incidents, HOWEVER AFTER 3 DAYS WE RECEIVED NO UPDATE. Summary the overall experience could be good, but this particular visit was AVERAGE due to the intruding of the premises on both days.

Strategic place... Near alamanda shopping mall... Superb bellboy... Breakfast is the best... Chef even came and ask about the food and gave us something special.. the receptionist was very friendly... Parking free.

The unit size is the main selling point. Room is well designed with stunning views. Breakfast was so so. All and all, good value for money.
