Arrived at 6pm and staff not customer focused. Requested quiet room with no view of traffic. But staff unfocused. Wrong room then allocated quiet room but two singles not double. Told Friday staff who started to address the problem. A lot of hassle!

We spent two nights in this nice hotel. We appreciated the room upgrading and the fact our dog was very welcome, FREE OF CHARGE, accepted for breakfast and dinner and given a fresh bowl of water. The hotel location is great, the staff is great, the place is great. We shall be happy to come back !!
