We booked late the night before, by phone in order to make sure that we could get a twin room. Vicki was able to organise this, and was welcoming on arrival. We had a comfortable room (107) with nice bathroom - although basin was/is rather small and could have been thought out better within the same space. Excellent shower, nice beds and generally good lighting. Breakfast itself was good, although the breakfrast room felt a bit bare and unwelcoming. Downlighting in there is with a cold light - 'warm' lamps would help a bit.

Other than being woken up in the early hours, the hotel was well located, clean and adequate. I did expect my room to be a little more comfortable however, the mattress was bouncy for example. A complimentary dressing gown would have been nice.
