We're located in Salisbury's historic centre, just opposite the cathedral. This traditional hotel is somewhat lacking in ambience but that lack is more than made up with adequacy - it ticks all boxes with ability and functionality. Agreeable reception staff, practical rooms (albeit with minimal wash hand basins) and bit of a maze of rooms. However we were promptly served with perfect lunch snack sandwiches and our following morning breakfast (which included fried bread! - a rarity) could only have been bettered with bubble & squeak instead of hash brown. Parking is on site. We enjoyed our stay and thank you.

Excellent location, close to cathedral and town centre. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Quite a busy hotel with business folk predominant. Breakfast was a little chaotic as the business folk had been and gone. We were seated in the bar area due to us having a dog. No problem whatsoever, staff were very attentive and looked after us. The bonus for us was the fact there was a car park attached, daily fee to be paid. We found a pub within 100yds for dinner as it was lashing down all evening so stayed local to dine. Would certainly recommend for a visit to Salisbury.
