Hotel has squeeky floors, you can hera footsteps from above you, no lift, car park signage was not well lit, difficult to find. Staff is lovely

Reasonable for a city centre hotel and conveniently situated but....... We have never stayed in a hotel anywhere with such a poorly designed bedroom/ensuite. Room for an enormous bed and two upright chairs but ensuite far too small. Enormous walk in shower but tiny handbasin with absolutely nowhere to put our toilet bags. When you open the door it only just misses the toilet pan. A reasonably comfortable lounge but it is a part of the reception area and can be very noisy, not a place to sit quietly and read a book.
