The hotel is in a very nice area, lively with shops and restaurants nearby -yet peaceful. It’s easy to reach the main sights on foot or by public transport. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast excellent. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a lovely surprise! The staff were very friendly and helpful

Good hotel for the price, good location about a 3 minute walk to Grands Boulevards metro on lines 8 and 9....good continental breakfast....and water and pastries available in reception free if charge during the day....lots of shops and restaurants on Grands Boulveards...I would definitely stay here again...Ben the manager is a really helpful and a good laugh also...

Nice and well located hotel. Very kind staff. Very good breakfast. Clean basic rooms but some smell from the sewage system.

Stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a solid choice for a Paris trip. Location is excellent, very central and well connected. Easy access to metro and walking distance to key spots. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Smooth check-in and support when needed. The hotel is small, and so are the rooms, but that is expected for Paris. Size is actually decent compared to similar hotels in the area. Breakfast is included, which is a big plus. Simple but fresh and enough to start the day. Cleanliness is generally good. Not luxury-level spotless, but perfectly acceptable for a city stay. Good value for money if you want a central base and do not mind compact spaces. Ideal for short stays where you spend most of your time exploring the city.
