Location is very nice on a pedestrianised street in the centre of the city within walking distance of GDN and lots of major sites. Hotel staff were great, free coffee and water through the day was a nice bonus.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I had specifically requested a quiet room, but was initially placed on the first floor overlooking a street with numerous bars and restaurants. When I asked to be moved somewhere quieter, I was given a significantly smaller room which did not appear to be the 12 m² room I had booked. It was so cramped that I could not open my suitcase without blocking the bathroom. I could also hear that the larger room immediately next door was being occupied intermittently and serviced, which made the room allocation particularly frustrating. A hairdryer was also missing from the room. Breakfast was a disaster: I picked up what appeared to be a boiled egg, only to discover when I tried to peel it that it was completely raw, leaving raw egg all over my plate. I left the breakfast room without eating. Overall, the stay fell far below the standard I expected from an Accor property, particularly given the price paid and my Accor membership.

We therefore initially assigned you a spacious room with good natural light, overlooking the street. As you were not satisfied with this room and requested a quieter option, we did our best to accommodate your preference. As our number of courtyard-facing rooms is limited, and given the length of your stay, we offered you the best available option at that time. We are sorry that the alternative room did not meet your expectations in terms of size. However, we always do our utmost to accommodate our guests' preferences according to availability. Regarding your comments about our team, we are sorry that your interaction at reception did not meet your expectations. We would nevertheless like to mention that our staff is regularly praised by our guests for their professionalism and friendliness.
