L’hôtel en lui-même n’est pas ce qui m’a le plus séduit : la décoration des chambres mériterait un vrai rafraîchissement, et l’ambiance générale manque un peu de charme. En revanche, l’équipe sur place a largement compensé ces petits défauts. Le personnel est absolument formidable : souriant, professionnel, attentif et toujours prêt à aider avec bienveillance. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité ont vraiment fait la différence et ont rendu mon séjour très agréable malgré les aspects plus moyens du cadre. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre bonne humeur !
