Arrived at 9.30pm, already checked in online. I was handed a key and went to the room, someone else was already in this room. Waited a further 30 minutes to be allocated a room as they were not sure what room to give me. We ended up with 102 which is very outdated and really could do with a bit of modernisation, I am not sure what the other rooms look like but the one we had was not like the pictures on the website. The bed was super comfy on the plus side and sound proof as well.
