Well, what can we say? Our room was absolutely perfect. You’re so comfortable and really clean all the staff for extremely polite and friendly and the breakfast was amazing also so with their pizzas you could buy from the bar!!! we will definitely be coming back at some point

The room size is ok but too dim, lack of lights in the room, bed too high & have difficulties climbing up, the mirror in toilet is also very high. Seems like the hotel meant for talker people. We Asian ladies are too short The chambermaid not doing his job well. We came back to the room at 4pm it was still not clean up, the bottled water was not replenished automatically, understand we need to request. The chatbot also not user friendly

Uncaring. I was living alone in a room and I got sick and couldn’t move from bed for a whole day. I wanted food for my health and asked if it can be delivered to the room out of sympathy, but the hotel staff refused. I cannot call this hotel home. With this service, if someone was tired and the room and could die, they would find them dead after checkout date.

Property is new and maintained very well. Love the room and amenities. Located right next to noord Station, very convenient. Breakfast choices was good. Highly recommend!
