在飛機上用Accor App 搭配Google Map評論 找飯店的時候, 發現這家的評價不錯, 價錢兩位含早餐當下才4300台幣, 然後實際來了以後,好喜歡😍 從機場到中央車站轉M52地鐵兩站到Noord, 飯店在車站旁邊, 如果要去市中心的Rokin也只要3站直達, 所以不用拖著行李在路上走太久。 飯店早餐也很好吃、酒吧的氛圍也很棒~ 下次大家來阿姆斯特丹, 如果價錢可以,也可以住這間。 Simply , this hotel and staff are brilliant.

Our credit card was doubly charged due to a mistake from the person at the front desk and our card was debited 400€ mid stay. We had no idea where this came from we spent 2 hours of our stay that morning trying to figure out where that came from and if money was stolen - it caused us a lot of stress and frustration and we had to contact our bank many times. We come from Morocco and have a set limited allowed amount of currency for trips so we were blocked for the rest of our trip. The manager apologized and said there was nothing he could do and that it would be sent back in a few business days. We asked for a reimbursement in cash to be able to use the money during our trip but he said it wasn’t possible and he had nothing to suggest. He could’ve at least offered a complementary meal for my husband and I for our stress and frustration or something of value that would compensate for what we went through. That’s the minimum any hotel should do to keep customer satisfaction at a high. However, unfortunately this mistake and the lack of basic hospitality from the manager made us really dissatisfied and it ruined the image of the hotel for us! It was only after I sent an email to the manager requesting something complementary that he sent a letter a chocolate bar and 2 free drinks to my room. I thought it was a good gesture but when I went to the bar the lady was so rude she said no to my cocktail very flatly and only wine or beer is allowed. I said it says 2 free drinks. She was categorical with no smile. I had to make a scene at the front desk for a while and then they said ok fine you can have a cocktail!! I was very shocked by this behavior! We were only reimbursed our 400 euros avec 2 weeks !!! The staff is very grumpy and unwelcoming besides 1 or 2 that made the exception (one very friendly Hispanic lady is the one who calmed me and talked to the guy in charge for the cocktails to be allowed). But overall , one of the worst staff members I have ever seen in a hotel and I have travelled to so many countries. It’s a shame!

Great location, 100m way from metro station Nord and you can reach the old sity center for 10m. Hotel is modern, stylish design, very clean. The staff was very very friendly. Overall great experience. One thing I missed is balkon and fresh air, and maybe for four stars hotel not to charge me for breakfast.

Location is good. There is no microwave in the entire building and I was told by the staff that guests usually use the microwave located in the food hall of the train station. That is incredibly inconvenient when paying to stay in a hotel especially during winter. As a guest I do not want to walk outside in the cold to warm something up especially during the holidays when the food hall was closed. Secondly, the bar/ food options are extremely limited. A few more items could be added to the menu. Finally, for my entire stay my TV had the previous guests name on the welcome screen. I mentioned this to the staff on day 4 and when I left on day 7 the TV still had the previous guests name. Overall location wise this is a good place to stay but I did not enjoy the overall ambiance/ experience of the hotel itself.
