Excellent location on the M52, 5 minutes walk from the station. Comfortable, well priced. Not sure how the heating/cooling worked but I never asked. Free water in the fridge on arrival.

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we departed, all the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much, Even offered us bottles of water for our travel home. The hotel was very comfortable, the rooms are beautiful, the shower was amazing (actually miss it) Location was perfect, right next to train and bus station. Train took only a few minutes to get into the centre and never waited more than a minute to turn up. The breakfast was tasty, no matter the time you turned up, the food was fresh and hot. Plenty of options. Not much to offer for view, however, you couldn't here the outside from rooms, nor could you hear your neighbours. Would definitely return.

Absolutely stunning hotel lovely staff room was beautiful I couldn’t believe it was a standard room we had room was spotlessly clean rooms are decent size really good shower and the bed was extremely comfy and the tv had Netflix you tube etc

Hoyle was beautiful was a bit worried that it wasn’t in the town centre but the train station is just at your door step and it’s 2 stops so wasn’t a problem the hotel itself was very clean and staff were just lovely and very helpful
