It was a lovely stay, thank you. The only improvement I could suggest would be to offer more food options later in the day, since there is not much selection (restaurants) nearby.

1. I arrived at the hotel (from Brussels) earlier than the check-in time, but the staff was so friendly (he’s the guy with a bit of curly hair) he helped me checked in to my room, explained the information clearly and was very friendly. 2. Later on I decided to add an extra night here (I met him again at the reception) and he was very helpful with the process as well as keeping me in the same room so I don’t have to move to a new one. 3. Hotel location for great which is very convenient for me to travel to the central, good price, and the room is comfortable. The overall experience are great and would definitely recommend this to friends.

Staff are fabulous so accommodating. Hotel is spotless as our rooms. Bed is so comfortable. Our second time staying and couldn’t fault one thing. Such a nice vibe in the hotel. 2 minute walk around to the tram but if you didn’t wanna go into central. When you come out of hotel and walk up a bit you will see cafes keep walking down and you have a wee village lovely walk around mc Donald’s supermarkets shops a big entertainment centre with cinema bowling a bar restaurant. Just a lovely place to stay and not overall expensive neither

The hotel is situated a short distance from Amsterdam Centre but is very easily accessible by Metro and only a 2 minute walk from Noord Station. Our experience at check in was very good with a helpful member of staff present to assist with the automated check in. Our room was a good size, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had nice amenities and a good shower. We didn't use the restaurant but stopped at the bar each evening on our way in. Overall a good experience and would use this hotel again.
