Hotel is not located in central of Amsterdam. But no issue as it is easily accessible via subway and just a short walk from the station.

We arrived late in the evening and found that the room prepared for only three guests (booking was for 4). It took three separate visits from your staff to rectify this. Missing glasses would not have been an issue but the third visit was needed because the bottom sheet was forgotten. The lighting in the room 2717 could have been better. The room was spacious but there was too few (or not powerful enough) lights., making it a bit difficult to read. In the shower the control buttons for handheld and rain shower buttons were reversed. Not a big deal and I mentioned it at the reception when leaving so it should be fixed by now. The air conditioning reset itself to 18 degrees several times during our stay. While the control panel was easy to use it was still a minor nuisance to readjust it. We visited Mercure in 2024 and I would say that the quality of the breakfast buffet was better back then. We noticed a small insect crawling on the bathroom floor maybe from it came from the drain. It took more than 7 days (the app announced that it would be I paid 1157,76 euros but I got only 1743 status points. 697,2 * 2,5 = 1743. I know that taxes are not included when calculating points but still the amount of points is quite low. Accor mobile app said that points would be shown within 7 days of checkout. We departed on 5th April at noon but the points were only updated on 14th April well after noon so it took more than 7 days. Staff was friendly and in overall it was an ok stay for the price.

This Tribe Hotel at Amsterdam is one of our Best Hotel we ever stayed in Amsterdam. All the staff are great and serve with Love, Passionate, Professional, Caring , excellent service. Especially staff like Iren , Khawa and a few young guys at the front counters . Includes at the Bar counters staff and house keeping staff . The breakfast is good and good location to reach the Metro Station travel everywhere. The next time when we are back to Amsterdam , we will definitely stay at this Tribe Hotel again
