The check-in experience on the first day was very good, and the staff was also very warm and patient. But when we checked out the next day, when we picked up the luggage, a female staff had a very bad attitude and even discriminated. Because she personally did not find one of the luggage we checked, she argued that we did not store it. In the end, we found the luggage in the corner, which made us feel humiliated, a very bad experience.
