Quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. There is a bus transfer station right outside, and we did not hear any noise at all. Some channels on the TV stopped working, but maintenance came in right away to take a look. Turns out, it was a provider issue, but the follow up on the issue was great.

I thought all the staff were very friendly. Room was very cold, and we could not turn the air conditioning off. We called reception and had them bring extra blankets. We were pretty disapointed with the "free drinks" for Accor card members. Who gives a free 200ml free beer and thinks they are doing the right thing? This was confirmed when we purchased the 2nd beer and it came in a much larger glass (500ml I think), that confirmed to me how miserable the size of the free drink was.

Hotel shares both the parking and the breakfast stall with another hotel. The parking system does not work, making impossible to book a spot and be sure to have a parking place when arrives to the hotel. Alternative is to park a car 20 minutes walk from the hotel! No king size beds available. Staff not really service oriented. Location close to metro station but not a nice area.
