Stayed 2 nights early September. Great location to visit the chateaux and gardens. Restaurants close by, ate at the Bistro 9 both nights. Also, a nice walk through the forest to catch the train into Paris for a D. visit. Had everything we needed for breakfast. Parked in the adjacent Napoleon underground car park at the hotel's reduced rate. Only negative is the bed quilt was too heavy and hot. The aircon worked well.

We did not receive any reply about dinner, although previously we received an email from hotel informing the hotel team would be available for hotel restaurant booking. And we asked to reserve a table. No answer. When we were at hotel and asked again, no apologies were made. Because of that we decided to have breakfast outside hotel. We were a group of 6 guests. Really bad service from the staff. Also, I paid in advance. We gave a credit card as guarantee which still today has not been canceled. I want this issue to be solved urgently. Thank you.
