Ground floor room with a bathroom-toilet combo about the size of a phone booth. Very odd and felt unsanitary. The heating/AC unit did not work but made noise all night. Convenient location for train to/from Paris.

Terrible experience--the bathroom was not clean, toilet seat not attached to the toilet and toilet seemed generally broken. Something was splashed all over the wall in bathroom (your guess is as good as mine, yikes). The gate was broken to get in and we were in very late (around 10pm) but we were fortunate that someone came behind us to go in my the door and open it.

I chose to stay at the Fontainebleu Avon Ibis as it was ideally situated for me to walk from the train station with luggage. During my stay I was able to use the bus service from the nearby depot to visit family in Hericy and also to visit the centre of Fontainebleau. My room was clean, comfortable and air conditioned and an adequate breakfast was available each morning. Thank you for a good stay.
