The hotel is a great central location for my needs and visiting the Chateau. I have stayed in this hotel 3 times over past 10 years. The staff are lovely friendly helpful and informative. The breakfast is great good start to the day. The hotel is spotless clean. Our bathroom needs a lick of paint.

All members of your staff were extremely polite. They made me to want to return if I'll ever come back to Fontainebleau. The room was small but very decent. I was only missing some amenities: fridge and kettle. Other than that a very enjoyable and pleasant stay in a lovely place.

I was there as a single traveler to experience the INSEAD campus as well as the town. The room was nice, small but equipped with everything I needed. A very thought through Design. I especially liked the cupboard and the desk space. The breakfast was good too and the breakfast room was nice with a beautiful outside space.

Would have likes more room to open suitcases and some drawers. Would have liked a coffee machine and refrigerator in the room. More than just one towel (and no handtowels) would have felts more hospitable. Slippers is an extra nice touch. That said, the beds were comfortable and it was clean and efficient. Air conditioning felt a little weak in the intense heat wave that was happening.

The rooms are ok, standard like always. The a/c is rather noisy but I could simply switch it off and the room remained rather comfortable in temperature, despite the heat. What really sells this particular ibis well is the staff. Very kind and attentive.

Unfriendly receptionist on the first day who told us that we were not entitled to the hot drinks/water in the reception area, neither to have extra hangers to hang our clothes. Next day the receptionist was more friendly and there was hot tea/water available. The person on the firs today was either incompetent or lying. Only had BBC news in English. Would also have appreciated other English speaking news such as FRANCE 24 and Sky News.

overall staff nice room comfortable, though my granddaughter room was a bit not clean some hair and dust in bathroom, and heater needs to be set warmer I felt cold needed more blankets but thermostat should be set at least 80 degrees as you have elderly staying there and weather was cold and draft in window did not help, room was comfortable but a bit cold at night the breakfast needs to be available 24 hours as some travelers arrive later or leave early due to flights I was not happy I lost 2 breakfast on arrival n last day

Regarding the room temperature, our heating system is set to guarantee optimal comfort with a temperature of up to 22°C (the standard temperature). Upon your request, an extra blanket was provided and a room change was arranged following a visit from our technician. As for breakfast, it is indeed served at specific times corresponding to this service. (4:00 AM - 6:30 AM early bird breakfast: hot drink, fruit juice, and pastry / 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast / 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM late bird breakfast: hot drink, fruit juice, and pastry), as offered to you upon your departure. Nice hotel in a centre of the city. Quiet surroundings, friendly staff, acceptably clean. Only problem being that there is a constant noise coming out (in intervals of 10-15 minutes) of, I suspect, ventilation system. Quite annoying if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, quite happy with my stay.

A pleasant hotel with vibrant public areas and a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was rather dated, poorly lit and had a fusty smell. Noise from outside (lift mechanism) was noticeable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
