Well located but very poorly maintained

The Air conditioning was broken. I almost froze in the night. Upon complaint the receptionist told me that yes indeed the AC is broken and can’t be fixed so they changed my room. The other room Wasn’t any better. Overall this ibis is worse than an ibis budget hotel. Location is great but I am never going to stay here in future.

Great value hotel in convenient location for chateau, shops and travel to and from Paris and forest for boulders climbing. Our room for 4 was mostly clean - just a small patch of damp above shower. Breakfast was great with good selection of good quality food and drinks in lovely surroundings. The staff at reception were friendly and professional. We did have to prise toilet rolls from chamber person as none were left on one occasion. I would recommend this hotel.
