No more scrambled eggs at 8h25 on a sunday morning and impossible to convince the cook to prepare some is a pity for such an overall perfect hotel, which I like very much. Hopefully it was just an exception and you didn't loose the client. Best regards

overall staff nice room comfortable, though my granddaughter room was a bit not clean some hair and dust in bathroom, and heater needs to be set warmer I felt cold needed more blankets but thermostat should be set at least 80 degrees as you have elderly staying there and weather was cold and draft in window did not help, room was comfortable but a bit cold at night the breakfast needs to be available 24 hours as some travelers arrive later or leave early due to flights I was not happy I lost 2 breakfast on arrival n last day

I am delighted to hear that you found our beds comfortable and our staff pleasant. However, I am sorry that the cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet your expectations. We ensure that our rooms are always spotless and we will take your comments into account to improve our services. Regarding the room temperature, our heating system is set to guarantee optimal comfort with a temperature of up to 22°C (the standard temperature). Upon your request, an extra blanket was provided and a room change was arranged following a visit from our technician. As for breakfast, it is indeed served at specific times corresponding to this service. (4:00 AM - 6:30 AM early bird breakfast: hot drink, fruit juice, and pastry / 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast / 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM late bird breakfast: hot drink, fruit juice, and pastry), as offered to you upon your departure. Quite comfortable, great reception service, the only downside was a stained carpet in the room that didn't look clean in comparison with other Ibis hotels.
