Cheap and cheerful, but excellent value. The new wall paper is a bit loud, and the breakfast is still best avoided, but it’s the best place to stay if you’re after a bed and don’t want to pay the Earth. No problems, as usual.

+: Friendly staff, convenient location, easy access -: cleanliness, small bathroom (so small that using the sink was not easy without having water everywhere), very basic room equipment

Short stay on trip to the Alps. Clean and tidy. The attitude of the staff was fantastic. Pleasant and helpful which is why i gave a 10 rating. The inclusion of some games in the cafe area turned an overnight stay into an enjoyable evening.

Late night check in did not work, causing significant distress. We got lucky, the lady who lived upstairs woke up. Without that we would have not had a room.
