Service restaurant very good Spa only (French) Reception very very helpful It's best to travel by car Rooms well equipped In general, the hotel could do with a refresh, everything is ok, but it looks a little bit old Hotel is highly recommended if you want to switch off and relax It's best to turn off your phone and enjoy Very nice and well-kept outdoor areas

The staff are very nice and helpful however bad value for money . Expensive room Which are very simple . The bed are alright . Very expensive breakfast .

This is our 5th stay, we find the beds hard, no drinking water in rooms, coffee tray poor, no milk, tv old fashioned with not even British speaking news channel.

Dear BRUCE L., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Fontainebleau Ury. Concerning the negative points you've pointed out: - Accor hotel is leading an eco friendly campaign, therefore no more non-recyclable products are available in our room. But you have multiple water fontains with still and sparkling water all through the hotel. - Our bedding is relatively new and we all are used to a different type of bedding. However, we will check the one you had during your stay. - Our welcome plates are very standard with different types of tea and coffee, you you want milk or milk products you are welcome to ask for it directly at the bar. - Concerning the tv, we are sorry that you couldn't find any channels that you'd like but, like in most hotels, we don't offer internacional channels.
