Rooms were comfortable but check-in was delayed due to technical issues. The one whose shift was about to end was impolite and didn’t know when check-in would start. Other two staff members did everything they could for a smooth check in.

The room was very well equipped (ketchen with a microwave oven and a big fridge), where guests can easily stay weeks. The bed in my room was a sofa type (not a real bed), but it was comfortable. The only negative point was the welcome drink, with very limited selection (only wine, beer and energy drink, no healthy soft drinks were available.)

The facility, service and communication were good but there were few disappointed points: The bathroom had a very strong sewage/drain smell, which was extremely unpleasant and made our stay quite uncomfortable. I understand that this may not be an issue that can be resolved immediately, but I think it should definitely be checked. The smell was particularly bad, but unfortunately there was nothing we could do about it because the window could not be opened. Also, although the room was equipped with air conditioning, there was no remote control available. Combined with the drainage smell, this made the room very uncomfortable at night. Even when it became hot and stuffy late at night, we were unable to use the air conditioning, which made it very difficult to sleep. It was so pit, other than those maintainable issues, the facility was very good.

Everything was fine apart from the TV no channels in English.

Good experience, great location but the rooms ought to be the same size and shape. 407 was not as nice as 207.

Rather new hotel with poor breakfast (it is not breakfast of 4 stars hotel) and poor cleaning (in the rooms and in gym)

Lovely modern , well located hotel in central Antwerp. Comfortable bed , plenty of power outlets, good facilities nearby without being in the middle of town madness.

Great 2 week stay . Lovely staff overall and especially the breakfast. Laundry, plus gym available..Rooms spacious with fridge , freezer, microwave, cooker etc and supermarket is just opposite with chemist as well. Eco friendly hotel so room is serviced weekly. Chilled water machine at reception with books, jigsaws etc. Two levels of safe underground parking is optional if required. I chose a room at rear of hotel as I am a light sleeper and had a great 2 week stay. Five minute walk from Central train station, all the shops and restaurants, buses, zoo etc

Every morning we were woken up by the fire alarm, we were not informed that there would be checks and we had to go down the stairs with the children and after 10 minutes we were told that there was nothing. It's a shame it's a beautiful hotel. There should be more coordination.

My experience at Aparthotel Adagio Antwerp City Center was very positive. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, especially with the kitchen and laundry facilities, which were very convenient for my family. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore Antwerp using public transportation. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it to families and travelers looking for a convenient extended-stay option.

The sikn of the bathroom didn’t function propertly the first day. Second day the technician came to fix it but left the sink dirty. We ask for cleaning but nobody came. It was very antihigienic.

Check in staff was friendly and helpful, however was a little dismayed when the reception staff, at late evening, was unable to provide a few extra milk pods.

We chose this hotel so that we could prepare our own meals and that certainly was possible. The room was quite small but perfectly adequate. It was an easy tram ride into town and we walked from the station

Nice room. Spacious. Nice shower. Strange choice of a coffeemachine that uses only 1 kind of special capsules. Above all when you think of the large choice in taste and variation you would get in the supermarket right across the street if the machine was using universal compatible capsules.
