Very good service, lovely staff members and a lovely room. Breakfast was very nice too. Overall a very good experience.
Couple of things to note: Booked a sea view room to enjoy the views. However, the windows were very very dirty so wasn’t able to enjoy the views as I have done in other hotels. Also the wooden wall surfaces in the room need a good wipe as they were dirty.

Issues after issue with the building and cleanliness. First room was in very bad condition with stains and smells on the linen and tech not working. Second one had a bunch of building issues too. Staff was mostly good but not everyone went above and beyond to help you feel special and give you that 5 star treatment. Begzod was great as well as Ayah. Buildings exterior is beautiful but rooms have a lot to be desired. Would not stay here again especially for the price. Breakfast was flavorless and not worth the money one bit.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard expected from a luxury hotel. Despite booking 10 rooms for our sister’s wedding, in addition to other rooms booked by our family, we received no welcoming hospitality or complimentary amenities. We also experienced a lack of flexibility and basic assistance from the reception team, including being locked out of our connecting room and being told to come downstairs without my abaya to collect a key. The repeated pressure during check-out and the handling of our bride’s drawing through Lost & Found were also unnecessarily difficult and unhelpful. Overall, the service lacked the hospitality, empathy, and professionalism we expected from Fairmont Doha.

Let me start by saying I was really looking forward to our stay at this hotel. While the room was beautiful some very important details that needed addressing such as the bathroom bidets did not work , which is inexcusable! The sinks were clogged which should never of happened. The breakfast was with limited options with exact same menu everyday. The front customer service was very unfriendly, no welcome very cold! Fairmont brand stands for luxury and this was very unprofessional. I was disappointed by the overall service and experience.

Dear Fairmont Doha Management,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Fairmont Doha.
My reservation was made in advance directly by telephone with the hotel, yet at no point during the booking process was I informed that façade and exterior window cleaning would be taking place during my stay.
I only became aware of this after receiving the notice in my room. Had I been informed before confirming my reservation, I would have had the opportunity to reconsider my room choice or even my stay.
One of the main reasons I paid for this room was to enjoy the view and the balcony. However, due to workers cleaning the exterior glass and balcony windows, there was a significant lack of privacy, and I was advised to keep the curtains closed. As a result, I was unable to properly enjoy the balcony or the view throughout my stay.
This is particularly disappointing because I paid a premium rate for a room with these features, yet in practice I had to keep the curtains closed and could not benefit from what I had specifically paid for.
I fully understand that hotel maintenance and cleaning are necessary. My complaint is about the failure to disclose this important information before accepting and confirming my reservation, especially since the booking was made directly with the hotel.
Unfortunately, this significantly affected my experience and did not meet the standards I expected from Fairmont.
I kindly request that management review this matter and provide appropriate compensation or a partial refund reflecting the loss of privacy and my inability to enjoy the balcony and view that formed an important part of the room I paid for.

We had a truly amazing stay at the Fairmont. A special thank you to Aymane at check-in, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. I had originally booked a gold suite and requested a room overlooking the inner curve, which unfortunately wasn’t available. However, Aymane kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade, and the room absolutely blew us away.
As a family with two young children, the suite was perfect for all of us and made our stay incredibly comfortable. From the beautiful room to the exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations.
