I really enjoyed my stay with my family in Fairmont Doha , i was welcomed by Ayman and Elegsis GR manager and got upgraded to a suite with balcony as complementary, loved how they appreciate the loyal guests and try their best to make my experience above my expectations, this hotel is truly an iconic place in Qatar.

It was a relaxing weekend with my family. Although the spa is not yet available at the hotel, there are alternative options at Raffles Doha. The outdoor pool was scenic, though the water was quite cold. Overall, our stay was terrific—we especially enjoyed the different views from each outlet in this iconic crescent-shaped hotel in Doha. Truly one of a kind.

The hotel lobby is stunning, and I was very excited to begin my stay here with my friends. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the entrance- from the door team to security - were extremely welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Aghiles Klaleche the Guest Relations Manager for the smooth check-in and excellent service. He was very attentive and even approached us while we were waiting in line, which we truly appreciated. The room we were given is outstanding, and the area feels very luxurious. We are already enjoying our experience and are looking forward to the rest of our holiday with you

Small rooms while i paid for the luxurious ones , asked for arrangements, complementary when we arrive , but nothing was there . Told us there’s 24 hour check out offer then when checked out they said no we don’t provide it .
