The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful interiors, luxurious rooms and exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Everything felt elegant and thoughtfully designed, making it a truly memorable stay. The only small issue I encountered was the lack of a full-length mirror and a dressing table mirror. As a result, I had to do my makeup either in the bathroom or using the mirror in the hairdryer box, which was a little inconvenient. Aside from that minor detail, everything else was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were warm and attentive, and the overall experience was excellent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha.

Our stay in this stay is wonderful as expected from a luxury five start hotel. Though I expect much from this hotel due to hotel name reputation in all aspect I just had a small incident with the hotel receptionist. When I chekin I was reminded that the checkout time is at 12 noon but I informed him that my booking has a 24 hours stay and he confirmed. I start my checkin at 330pm so doing the procedure for about 15 minutes then I has told that we can checkout at 4pm. Unfortunately our key card doesnt work anymore after 12 noon then when I check with the receptionist with the main lobby she said that it is normal that the keycard will expire by 12nn. Then again I have to tell her that I was told that my stay can be up to 4pm. But then she said "NO" since I checkin at 330pm I have to checkout at 330pm as per the 24H stay. Then I told her the receptionist when I checkin said that I can stay until 4pm. Then she start saying that our room is already upgraded so cant extend it anymore. In the first place I did not ask for a room upgrade it was given to us because of the two rooms I booked, they give me a room beside each other. Though I requested to change the room because I prepare to have a raffles view even though they said the room will be smaller than the assigned one. I ended with a room in 13th and 15th floor. To make story short Im in the reception ready to checkout before 330pm. Other than this incident its all great.
