While I am pleased to know you had a good stay overall, I sincerely regret the delays and service lapses you encountered. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. I apologize for the extended wait time for in-room dining requests and the mix-up with your cheesecake order, as well as the delay in replenishing the milk at the coffee station. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will personally address these concerns with our team to ensure a more seamless experience for our guests.
