My experience at Fairmont Doha was truly enjoyable. The team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and professional atmosphere from arrival. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, reflecting excellent operational organization and guest focus. I was pleasantly welcomed with a personalized card from Duncan, the Cluster Hotel Manager, along with a generous amenity, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the arrival experience. The room was beautifully presented, very well maintained, and demonstrated great attention to detail in both comfort and upkeep. Overall, the stay reflected a strong service culture and a seamless guest experience.

I have stayed at Fairmont Doha multiple times and since then it has been one of my top options when it comes to hotel stays in Doha. However during my recent stay I noticed some negative things, begins with the reception which took as very long time although the hotel was not very crowded but I believe it is due to being short staffed at the reception. Another thing is that I did not feel welcomed well for my status with ALL, although I am not at the highest status however I expected to see any type of privileges like other hotel loyalty programs.
