We are very sorry to learn about the bidet pressure issue in your room, which understandably affected your comfort. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, particularly in our region, and the matter has been shared with our engineering team for review and corrective action. We also regret the inconvenience caused during the event on your second day, when you were asked to move your vehicle and experienced delays exiting the basement. You are absolutely right that event operations should be managed without negatively impacting in-house guests, and this feedback has been shared with our operations team to improve coordination and contingency planning. Please allow us some time to review these matters thoroughly and ensure appropriate measures are taken.
