It was our wedding anniversary so I had high expectations the room was dated the dust bin broken and the towel are old and dry Our dining experience was chaotic they have send us to the restaurant they don’t know it was closed this our second time first it was also let down.

We truly regret that we did not meet your expectations, especially given the significance of your stay. We are very sorry to learn that the condition of the room fell short, including the dated appearance, broken dust bin, and towels that did not meet the standard of comfort and quality you deserved. This is certainly not reflective of the experience we aim to deliver, and we understand how this would detract from an important celebration. We are equally concerned to hear about the chaotic dining experience. Being directed to a restaurant that was closed, particularly for the second time, is unacceptable and highlights a lapse in internal communication. We fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially after already experiencing a similar letdown previously. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared with our Management, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams for immediate review and corrective action. We take your comments very seriously, as they help us identify areas that require urgent improvement. The booking is fine, just have some “miscommunication issue” with regards to my halfboard booking during dinner to the restaurant and even the next day for breakfast. I would like to thank Mr. Kevin for his good help and very nice assistance to us. Overall it’s a very good experience…

This is now our fourth time visiting the hotel, and her consistency, warmth, and attention to detail are a big part of why we keep coming back. Sea view room was great , swimming pool was extremely basic like a 2 star hotel . Breakfast was basic you need to add more options and better service
