With the highest level of professionalism, genuine care, and remarkable attention to detail, he made sure that every moment of my stay was enjoyable. His dedication to guest satisfaction and his warm, attentive approach made a lasting impression and represent the true spirit of hospitality. Thank you again, Kevin, for this outstanding service! I would also like to highlight the incredible work of the entire team. Every staff member demonstrated professionalism and kindness, which made the experience seamless and comfortable. Though our stay was short, the room was huge and beautiful. The location is amazing, very close to downtown Doha. The receptionist and concierge were great with service ! We went during Ramadan, and had a whole spread for Suhoor! Amazing service overall, room was 10/10, location and cleanliness 10/10! Highly recommend.

I booked this to celebrate a special birthday and on arrival were happy with the suite allocated albeit smaller and darker than advertised. However, after one night and using the bathroom, the drains were blocked and our bathroom flooded leaving an awful smell too throughout the suite. Returning back from breakfast we were met by the duty manager who informed us they’d be moving us to another suite. We were shown to the room which was bright, airy, spacious and most importantly clean and with a fully functioning bathroom. It was disappointing we had to pack again but we were grateful for a different and better room. We had a wonderful stay but some information received on check in wasn’t correct then we were given different information specifically regarding the use of the gold lounge and breakfast. Vaya seemed chaotic and disorganised which was disappointing and hence we prefer a smaller intimate breakfast venue but we couldn’t access the gold lounge due to a temporary change. However we made the most of our celebratory holiday despite some service issues which should have been smoother on check in and beforehand advising guests of temporary changes.
