Our stay at this hotel was great. I would rate it 10/10 if the shower hose hadn’t been broken and leaking water, and if there hadn’t been a slight humidity smell in the room. The location is perfect, check-in and check-out were very quick, and the room was fine for us.

The shoe shine machine in the lobby appears to have faulty polish. After using it, my Columbia boots were left with noticeable stains and damage instead of being cleaned. These boots are worth around $200, so this was quite disappointing. I recommend checking the machine to prevent similar issues for other guests.

Hotel is based at a nice location, which is near to all major attractions. There is Tram stop near by and also a big Palladium shopping mall next to the hotel. Staff were welcoming and room was maintained quite nicely.
