The hotel is centrally located, but apart from that, there is very little to justify the price. It is extremely expensive, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and the rooms are very small. In addition, the room amenities are very limited: no coffee, no tea, and not even a glass for drinking water. I had to leave before breakfast service started and, despite breakfast being included in my reservation, no takeaway breakfast option was offered. I would not recommend this hotel if you have other options available in the area.

I stayed 10 days for business and had a very good time. I recommend this hotel for its great location and affordable rates. I was also granted a room upgrade (thanks!) and liked the safe in the room, not so frequent in Ibis Styles hotels. Only drawback: bad "sewage" smell coming out of the plumbing. This spoils the experience a bit when you're getting back to your room after a long day. Many hotel rooms have this issue though.

Dear Michael O., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at ibis Praha Old Town. We are delighted to hear that you found our location convenient and appreciated the value we offer during your stay. It is also gratifying to know that you enjoyed the room upgrade and the presence of a safe in your room. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor you encountered. Please be assured that we take feedback regarding such matters seriously. Our team is committed to providing a comfortable environment for all our guests. Thank you once again for your recommendations. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Katerina Nemcova, Sales Manager

Friendly welcome, easy check in, room clean. No kettle or coffee making facilities in room. Shower big and loads of hot water. TV has limited channels 3 x English and two of these were news channels. Pillows were okay, but only 2 in the double bed, one soft, one medium firm.

Dear Oshea G., Thank you for your kind words regarding our location and the friendly welcome you received. We appreciate your feedback regarding the absence of coffee-making facilities in the room, as well as the limited TV channels available. Your insights about the pillows have been duly noted. We are glad that you enjoyed the spacious shower and the availability of hot water. Best regards, Katerina Nemcova, Sales Manager

Alok P. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Overall, the stay was excellent and comfortable. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed that I was charged 650 CZK for an early check-in request of just a couple of hours. The room did not include an electric kettle or in-room tea/coffee-making facilities, which would have been appreciated. Breakfast quality was good, but there were limited vegan options, resulting in less variety for vegan guests.

Very central and convenient location, smooth check-in and check-out, sufficient amenities, and good selection of breakfast. Also appreciated that purified water dispensers were available for guests. Only downside was the cleanliness of the room: a few carpet stains, some dusty corners, a musty smell upon entering the room, and a faint smell from the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great and I still enjoyed my stay.
