I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Praha Old Town! The location is top-notch—right in the central area, super close to the tram/bus stops, shopping mall, and plenty of great nearby restaurants. The room and beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. A huge shoutout to the staff—from the friendly housekeeping team and bar staff to the lovely restaurant crew, everyone was warm and welcoming. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Prague!

The hotel is in a good location but don’t believe Google Maps to get there because it sent us on the ped area and we got redirected by a local Policie. Also at checkin they said “breakfast is at 6:30” but didn’t give us the option to buy it, and when we went to breakfast at 6:30 we were turned away.

Well located, friendly staff, clean room, confortable bed, amazing breakfast but old thermostat which I'm not sure worked, as room temperature was very dependent on outside temperature. Also the access card frequently demagnetized and stopped working.

There is just two towels in the room for two people. How can a lady use one towel for body and hair? Every day I had to ask additional towels, yes I got them but it was taken everyday after cleaning. Additionally the water int the shower either very hot or very cold, not possible to arrange a warm one.
