We arrived late at night and had a friendly welcome. The location was superb close to all the main attractions. Room was basic, but we didn’t spend much time in there so that was fine, there was air conditioning which was much needed!, maybe could been better if it had a kettle and some tea facilities. Breakfast had a wide choice and facilities in the restaurant were all clean and modern. Would definitely recommend staying here. My tip for Prague would be to explore the smaller side streets where you will avoid the crowds and find some hidden squares, fantastic buildings and restaurants.

Hot, hard beds and terrible breakfast

Pson Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

Went for the premium room with new beddings. And if that is true I would stay far away from the not so "premium rooms". First of the room was as a sauna. Complained about it and a service guy, dressed in way to many layers for it being over 30° outside, came by just to state "Not hot, cold." And then "Reception" when I tried to talk to him about the AC not working. Was in a rush so couldn't be bothered so didn't get much sleep first night. Partly because of the temperature but then there was the "new beddings", apparently that meant concrete mattress stuffed with hay. Got a new room with working AC the next day so at least one problem was sold. Very quiet and unusually clean for a hotel though so not all was bad. Then there's the breakfast. The room used for it is like a school canteen, completely open and not a single thing made for keeping the noise down with bare walls, it was close to unbearable so forget a calm and cosy begining of the day. On top of that the quality of the food was disappointing. Semi cooked bacon, over cooked scrambled eggs, no signs at different bowls with stuff telling what it was, just a sign at each desk with everything listed, and juices so artificial that the colour was the only thing giving it away what it was supposed to be. Had pre-paid for all days but only went there once.
