Our room was lovely and quite comfortable. The view was great, the wifi worked well, and the shower was hot. The pool was a little chilly, but nice and we loved the swim up pool bar. However, we had to take three elevators and go both up and down stairs to get to the room, which became annoying.

I stayed at Grand Mercure Krabi Ao Nang for 2 nights, and the experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The room was incredibly spacious, modern, and easily one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Everything felt comfortable, clean, and well designed. I also really enjoyed spending time at the pool. Although the weather was a bit rainy during my stay, it was still a relaxing experience. A heated pool would have made it even better, especially during the rain. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. The reception team went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and made me feel genuinely welcomed. A special thanks to the girl who checked me in she did an amazing job and kindly provided me with the type of room I had requested. I’d also like to thank the gentleman at the pool bar for being so friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names, but they truly made a positive impression. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to return if I visit Krabi again.
