My room (210 Tower A) not have body wash. received lotion in shower box instead. The hot water is malfunction and already called for help. it's work just few hours then not work again. The breakfast room is too hot. asked staff to close the balcony door but rejected because staff can not working. so bad operation and spaces.

Great experience with the family. Sar, Guide, Toleto were exceptional during breakfast. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and everything was right at the doorstep.
