Disappointed, soiled laundry, no security in the lift , smoking in the corridors, staff barely speak English, children in the pool and very noisy, no one to control them . They advertise 3 pools when they only have two! Too Many steps to arrive at one’s room, besides the building is still under construction . I really believe we should be reimbursed!

Very friendly personal and brilliant breakfast. I only recommend not to stay in building “F”, because noise from air condition of restaurant out side is extremely loud, even louder than ac in room :-/

Safety issues: The hotel is very complicated to navigate, lots of uneven ground and I have tripped several times, especially at night (low light, no signage). I took the stairs as one of the many elevators you need to take was taking too long: it has been repurposed as bed storage, with access almost completely blocked at some levels. People *will* die if a fire erupts. Cleaning: The cleaning was either poorly made (trash not taken out, dirty floor) or completely not made at all. I have left my room around noon and returned at 9pm. When reporting the issue to front desk, they told me I had left the room in « do not disturb » (which I had not) and even showed me a picture supposedly taken by cleaning while I was out. This is concerning: they are either using old pictures, or went in the room, changed the sign, and turned it back to « clean up the room » (which I had left it to when leaving). Airport transfer: When arriving, they had me holding the name sign and took a picture of me, mugshot style. Kinda thought I was being taken into custody. Room service: they forgot the drink when bringing the order. TV: Not working, not fixed despite requesting service. While this would fly if it was a 3 star Ibis, it does not given its price tag and the promise of a 5 star experience. I am a Gold member, have visited many Accor properties around the world and this is definitely the one where I was the most disappointed with.

The hotel is nice. Ut has been designed horribly. If you are in a building in the back (like F), you have to talk three different elevators, walk in- and. Outdoor to get to the reception area. None of the building aling well so there are small steps everywhere that cause to trip. But the main flaw is the choice of flooring and tiles. Onve wet (next to the swimming pool or rain), they get very slippery and quite a few people fell while we were there. The staff also acknowledged it happens a lot since their opening a few months ago. So a bice place, visually, but overpriced for what you actually get.

I asked for the transfer from airport to the hotel via email before arriving and I sent 2 emails, and no response, when I came to the hotel they just said sorry and that's it. The answer via email for the transfer came back to me 2 weeks post my stay.. Breakfasts could be better, could have more option. Also gym is EXTREMELY POOR + there is constructions on the same floor with gym. The biggest disappointment was not with the hotel directly but with the trips agency, which works from the hotel, so still I assume they have to be connected, so we had bad experience with that trip agency, where prices are double for the trips + they asked us to pay extra 1,000 bahts because we asked for reschedule because we didn't feel good and when I said I will give them bad review they started to threaten with police (which looked very silly for me, but still not the best experience)
