We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration you experienced regarding your room assignment and the inconsistent information you received from our Front Office team. We understand how disappointing it must have been to book a Premier Room specifically for the bathtub, only to find that your initial room did not meet your expectations. We also regret the confusion caused by the conflicting explanations provided by our team and the inconvenience of having to wait for a room change instead of enjoying your vacation. This is certainly not the seamless arrival experience we strive to provide. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our Front Office and Reservations teams for immediate review. We will investigate the communication process, room allocation procedures, and the accuracy of the room information displayed on our booking channels to ensure this situation does not happen again.
