Significant cleanliness issues: dirty towel, hair on bedlinen, dead bugs (both on the furniture in the room and in the swimming pool), stained sunbeds.

I stayed 5 nights at the hotel. At first glance everything seems very nice but one can notice drawbacks if the stay is longer. Assumption: it's a brand new hotel and it costs 926€ / 34519THB for 5 nights (185€/night, breakfast included). The works are not concluded yet and some things are already not working properly. The bathroom sink faucet was spraying in all directions. We called more times the reception. They sent someone but the issue remained unsolved. It's a pity for a new hotel. The entrance of the building B was dirty the entire duration of our staying. I noticed more than once the cleaning persons talking in the corridor instead of cleaning the entrance. The drain from the swimming pool was full of stagnant water. The room was fine, large enough for a long stay. Bathroom is also large and the shower is very nice. Unfortunately they didn't change our towels in 5 days. The feet towel (the one used to get out of the shower) was really dirty following the 2 interventions of the plumber for fixing the water of the sink. The breakfast is very good and there is a very large choice, for all tastes. Staff at the breakfast room is very nice and take care of everything. The swimming pool doesn't have a shower. The is one, hidden, at the ground floor of one of the buildings. The guests are coming from the beach with sand on their feet and carry it in the room and in the bathroom. The negative aspects I've highlighted can be easily fixed paying more attention to the details. I didn't mention aspects related to the architectural choices since these cannot be solved.
