Lack of coordination with reservation and front desk. I asked for airport pickup which was denied by the reservation due to car was not available with travel desk but travel desk provide me car by contacting me directly. I asked for upgrade of room 1 month back (which was additional charges which I accepted) but front desk do not have any information about this. F&B team have very casual behaviour. Cold food was served. I will not recommend and come to this property in future.

Obviously the room size is small but the staff behaviour is also not good. The room floor was sticky. There was no much veg option available for breakfast. They don't have room freshener too. Extremely dissatisfied with overall experience. I will never go to IBIS.

This time my stay was a nightmare. The shower was clogged. The guys at the front desk were a bit on the ruder side and the shower temperature was not even properly working. Kept complaining and they tried resolving but it was of no help. The housekeeper was extremely rude to my partner which wasn’t nice to say the least. No more of IBIS in Krabi. If this is how you treat Gold accor members then it’s over.
