This hotel has exceeded all of our expectations and more. The staff are amazing with a helpful smile and always cheerful. Thanks to Chen who runs around relentlessly without any concerns or frowns and always a lovely smile. The rooms are small but adequate and very clean. Fresh clean bed linen & towels given daily. Lots of bars & restaurants to choose from with a shuttle bus to beach if required. The pool area always clean with quiet times during the day. Towels and loungers available. Children’s pool that’s hardly used. Trees and Mountain View’s Faboulous massage area in the pool area and a very special thanks to the lovely Chrystal for my amazing pedicure! I would recommend this for a lovely stay in Au Nang.

The room is very small, not according to this price, no of staff is very less according to rooms in the hotel. Room has lot of mosquitoes and so many things.

This is a rather old hotel, rooms are small, no desk. Noise is an issue too. I will not stay at the Ibis again, there are better alternatives around for the same price or less.

The most ridiculous experience you can ever have in Krabi. The property is unkept and in a stinking situation. Everything can go wrong went wrong with our stay. Rooms- pathetically small, stinking, cramped. Location- right on the ao nang road. The only apt thing. Service- here the downward starts. No bell boy, carry your own luggage. No housekeeping, need tea or toothbrush come downstairs. No housekeeping doing their job. Our room wasn’t cleaned. No reason. Food- don’t get me started on this. We ended up having even breakfast from outside. We kept hearing. Our shift is over. Housekeeping shift over. Bell boy shift over. Kitchen is closed. No property manager. No shift manager. And then we understood the problem- no leadership. All staff doing whatever they want. Never expected this kind of experience from Accor hotels. lowest standard possible and customer experience keep up was questionable in every sense.

The room was ok but not clean. It appeared the floor hadn’t been cleaned in the corners in weeks. We cancelled next reservation due to lack of cleanliness. And we mentioned this to the nice lady that checked us out.
