Room was dirty, had mould everywhere and shower fell off the wall. We were meant to stay for longer but left after one night as it was so disgusting. Check in was chaos too, a huge group arrived just after us and they were shoving and barging us when we were trying to check in. Staff were all lovely and friendly. But the state of the room and hotel, was disgusting.

The hotel has great potential but definitely needs a renovation. Dirty, extremely worn towels, mold, and many small issues that could easily be fixed even before a renovation. Overall, it looks abandoned.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time this December, for 5 days. Unfortunately, my experience this time was very different from what it was during my first stay back in 2018. The condition of the rooms has deteriorated significantly over the years and clearly demands immediate maintenance. Cleanliness was not up to the mark—mold and cobwebs were easily noticeable, and several bathroom fittings were broken or worn out, which made the room feel neglected. The location remains the hotel’s strongest point. It is perfectly situated in the Ao Nang area, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. This excellent location was the main reason I rebooked without a second thought. However, the poor room condition and housekeeping standards seriously affected the stay, and the experience did not live up to expectations set by my previous visit. Rating Breakdown: • Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) • Overall Experience: ⭐⭐ (2/5) Suggested Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)
