The staff was good and king but the room was not 4 star at all, it was not even 3 star. The furniture is dirty and low quality old coffee setup. Bed has no back. I saw a cockroach in my room. This is not 4 star category and rate should be lower according to the product we are getting.

As soon as we arrived and checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Molly and K. Sanook. Their hospitality immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The service was beyond words — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They also gave us many great recommendations for places to visit and delicious food around Samui. We were truly impressed and not disappointed at all. Already looking forward to our next trip and staying at ibis Samui again!
