The check in process was difficult, they couldn't locate my booking for a while. The room key is a 200 bhat fine if lost which is just extortion. The hotel is well located but the shuttle service was something we didnt get to use since it was too crowded. The room was very tiny, can barely accommodate 1 person. There's no place for luggage or anything else in the room. The included breakfast was very average, you can have alot better food nearby at a better price. After requesting for a better & bigger room as well there was no help from the hotels end. They were out of pool towels one evening after our swim. Pathetic service for an accor gold member.

staff Mr Kendo and a few who know me are good. New staff are terrible. A night before departure, i asked the accounting people to prepare my invoice but by the time of checked out there was no invoice prepared .. i went for breakfast and after breakfast .. there still was no invoice. up until now there is no contact or updated. please send my invoice via mail ( not email)

Small room, dirty bathroom and below average breakfast for the price they are charging. The lobby area is always very hot and humid as there is no aircon in that area and so you’ll start sweating in minutes and so you will have to rush back to your room I do not recommend this hotel unless you find a very cheap deal

Extremely dissatisfied with the hospitality, lack of amenities even water bottles are available after 8AM, no one is available to take luggage before 10 AM. Highly unprofessional
