Good location, cool pool, service ok, but ... room needs a general overhaul. Mattresses yellow, the door to the bathroom as to the room without force will not open / close. From the corridor you can literally hear everything when someone walks by. Breakfast okay (value for money).

Hotel was too damp. All linens, towels are wet and smell of the damp. In two days, my pills are melted in the box because of the humidity. The management are keeping the A/C off. It should be change. Tha facilities should be renewed.

Convenient location, clean rooms and pool. Like any other Ibis and quite value for money. These days i try to stick to the Ibis brand across Asean. Note its a bit far from the Ao nang beach but they have some scheduled vans to drop off and pick up at the beach. We enjoyed the stay as usual , thanks to Kata Ibis service though which made us loyal to the brand
