Reception staff are not helpful, I had a booking I came for check in and they didn’t show any interest to me as their ALL member guest, just because it’s high season they said they can’t help me at all even I told them I can pay the previous night or early check in by 10:30 or 11:00 . I came to reception at 09:30 and they were totally okay with cancelling my booking instead of giving other suggestions such as wait in the pool area or any waiting area. So I cancelled my booking and I went to Airbnb instead. That is not the service to expect from an Accor hotel.

With bad front service, I need to walk out half kilometer to buy more bottles of water. Cannot believe this is 4-star hotel. Also the door at the room is broken and hard to close/open. The bathroom is moldy everywhere. The towel is not totally clean but with some spots. The mattress is too soft. This is 2nd stay and no more. The first stay here is very pleasant so I come back.
