I got a smaller room, not so friendly cleaning staff, the receptionist and the breakfast duty people were good, the breakfast was ok as compared to other accor hotels I stayed in Thailand, the indian food was not upto the mark

The overall stay at Ibis Styles Krabi Ao Nang was quite good, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The open-air lobby is nice in theory, but since the hotel isn’t beachfront, it can feel a bit hot and less comfortable. The breakfast was rather limited and didn’t change much during my stay, and unfortunately the coffee from the machines wasn’t great in taste or quality. On the positive side, check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room itself was clean and exactly as described. However, I did notice some flies in the bathroom, and the liquid soap was quite watery and not up to the usual standard. All in all, it’s a decent hotel in a convenient location, but a little more attention to these small details would make a big difference.

It was a nice stay at Ibis styles Ao Nang.The location is a little bit far from the beach but there is a shuttle services many times a day. The hotel staffs were helpful and the breakfast was improved from my last time here. Plus, the bartender made good cocktails and drinks. Everyone should try.
