Small room, dirty bathroom and below average breakfast for the price they are charging. The lobby area is always very hot and humid as there is no aircon in that area and so you’ll start sweating in minutes and so you will have to rush back to your room I do not recommend this hotel unless you find a very cheap deal

Extremely dissatisfied with the hospitality, lack of amenities even water bottles are available after 8AM, no one is available to take luggage before 10 AM. Highly unprofessional

As we checked in it was a very unpleasant welcome by the rude receptionist. No smile no greeting. We requested for a free upgrade as a eligible Gold Member of Accor but was very rudely denied. Request for late checkout was also denied immediately. Rooms were very basic and small sized. Hand towels were not provided on 2nd and 3rd day. No room service. Phone in our room was not working. only 1 ltr water provided on each day. Location was maybe the only good thing but not so good that you would pay such a high cost. Most terrible experience. Much better and well priced hotels available in Krabi. This place needs a complete revamp and change of policy and staff. Never ever seen a hotel putting up rate list for items provided in the room, this itself shows the attitude and gesture of the hotel.

I usually don't make negative reviews but the rooms need repairs and maintenance especially in the bathroom. The towels and bed sheets were quite old as they had old dark stains. Compare to IBIS Nagoya, the breakfast was just so-so.
