I stayed there 3 nights with a friend, The hotel situation is perfect, only 15 minutes walk from sea side. Staff is simply nice and there are always looking to make your stay more comfortable, Breakfast buffet is good and food change a bit everyday. The swimming pool area is perfect to have a swim and few drinks during happy hours. They have restaurant with nice food at very correct price, Will stay there again for sure!!!

Hotel location is good, not too far from the beach, and quiet area, the swimming pool is perfect for relaxing and have few rink during happy hour, The staff is really nice and always looking to make your stay comfortable, Buffet breakfast is good, enough choice and food is changing every day, We also had dinner from the restaurant "the cliff", this is really good an at a very reasonable price,

New Normal Stay in Krabi

This stay was my postponed stay from COVID lockdown. Thank you OM operating manager for acknowledgement of Accor Plus Platinum guest and improved guest experience service by organizing well prepared room with a plate of fruits. The issue that needed to improve is the delay of e-mail response to member guest, however, I received the humble apologies for belated reply my reservation e-mail from Mr.Pathavee, Front Office Manager. In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, I observed that the hotel had implemented more cleaning and disinfection measures according to Ministry of Public Health guidelines and the new normal services in all facilities. I do hope that the hotel would closely monitor the advice of medical and government authorities continuously.

Creepy and violating my privacy. My last stay with Accor was over 10 years ago. I never had any membership with Accor nor was my name even part of this booking. All the property did was ask for my ID (no email) and the next thing I got was this survey in my email. 10 years and you still keep me under surveillance even not as the person on the booking.

it was a good trip, howevere because we stay in the weekend 1 night and weekday 1 night. So on weekday the breakfast was not have many choice as weekend which is acceptable compare with services that staff provide to us.

We arrived late afternoon and got warm welcome from Luggage Assistance who lead us to check in. We got a room on street side and later we changed to a mountain view. Staff showed us quickly service and we were happy about that. Hotel is doing well for COVID-19 safety for guests, an alcohol gel is provided at all outlets. Fortunately this time of travelling was quite due to few guests and all Ao Nang area there are some shops still closing but we like it. We went to have breakfast on our last day. Menu served with a la carte and they were delicious. We like fried rice with vegetable. We absolutely come back again nearly future. Thanks for all. Anupong N.

I have been staying here for the third time and love the service of the staff ( Front ffice , Restaurant and the Maids) . Impressed every time I stay. And in the next trip to Krabi I still would definitely choose to stay here. The staff at the restaurant "Bua" who have been serving good service. Every stay is well looked after as always. "Gao" takes good care of every customer as well. I will recommend this hotel to friends who come to Krabi. Finally, I would like to encourage all employees. To get through the coronavirus crisis. Our stay wasn't that satisfying because of a few reasons. First, there was a limited parking for cars. Second, the aircon wasn't that cold even if it's on 10 degrees. Third, we requested twice for a toilet rug but none came. The rest of the experience was excellent.
