We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at this hotel and would happily return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming. Lovely Stay, with great hospitality by the housekeeping(esp the young girl deputed for room 243 ). The serving staff need to be a little more warm as expected of a resort of this stature

I arranged my one-night stay in Krabi directly through the reservation team, and the experience was exceptional from the very beginning. Khun Ammy provided a warm and professional service, offering thoughtful recommendations on in-hotel activities and ensuring every detail of our stay was well taken care of. Her attentiveness truly elevated the overall experience. The lobby team was equally welcoming and attentive, contributing to a seamless and comfortable stay, even though I did not catch their names. Overall, the service, ambiance, and hospitality were outstanding. It was a truly memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and relaxing experience in Krabi. Lovely experience in Krabi. The Superior rooms have been refurbished to a similar level as the fairmont Singapore in a colonial style. Other bit of the hotel do show some age but the hotel is in the process of a 3yr revamp.
