At the same time, I sincerely regret that certain details did not meet the level of comfort and hospitality you expected from a Sofitel experience. Regarding the water service by the pool, we fully understand your point about convenience, especially while enjoying the tropical atmosphere of Krabi. As part of our sustainability commitment, we provide complimentary refill water stations for our guests, including one at the Fitness Centre and another at Sala Mapraw pavilion near the pool. We appreciate your feedback that this could have been communicated more clearly, and we will continue reviewing how we can make this experience more seamless for our guests. I am also truly sorry for the inconvenience regarding the ice cream order. Even though there are operational procedures in place, we believe genuine hospitality comes from listening and finding the best possible solution for our guests. Your comment has been shared with our Food & Beverage team as a valuable reminder to always approach such moments with greater care and flexibility. Please also accept my sincere apologies for the housekeeping details you experienced in Room 149. The stained mirror and the missed attention to the bathroom area are not aligned with the high standards we strive to deliver.
