We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our resort, particularly our spacious pool and the facilities for both children and adults. We also sincerely appreciate your recognition of our management team’s responsiveness and efforts to assist during your stay. At the same time, we are truly sorry that the ongoing renovation works affected the experience you had anticipated when booking our newly renovated Signature Room. We completely understand your disappointment, particularly as the Signature Room was an important reason for choosing Sofitel Krabi. Please accept our sincere apologies that the room you had selected could not be enjoyed as intended and that an alternative accommodation did not provide the experience you were expecting. We also regret that the renovation information available at the time of booking did not sufficiently prepare you for the works and their potential impact. Your feedback is important, and we are reviewing how we communicate ongoing improvements to ensure our guests can make their plans with greater clarity and confidence. Thank you as well for your constructive comments regarding breakfast, including the selection of cheeses, fresh fruit and coffee, as well as the breakfast hours.
