We are glad to hear that you appreciated the kindness of our team, especially the Heartists at the Kids Club, as well as the breakfast buffet with its variety of options. It is also great to know you found our team to be helpful when you faced the issue with your room door. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the late check-out request and room cleaning timing. I understand how important it is to have a comfortable space for your children to rest, and we will work on improving our flexibility in such situations. I also want to thank you for your valuable insight on the pool water temperature, and we will look into options to make it more refreshing for future guests. We also note your comment regarding the price of food and beverages. As a luxury hotel, we have many high operational costs to enable us to provide quality food and dining experiences, with trained Heartists and first-class kitchens.
