We had a wonderful time thanks to Guest Relations Khun Bella Saransat and the Club Millésime team, who give us a warm welcome and attentive to all our requests. Thank you for upgrading our room to a Junior Suite in a quiet location far from noise as requested when I booked, and for the lovely gift & surprise in the room for my birthday. It's a beautiful, well-maintained resort where everything works perfectly. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, including the housekeeping team. Turn down service is a plus. The only negative point is the breakfast, which was a little disappointing due to the basic presentation of the products compared to the standard of the Sofitel brand. We expected more variety, apart from the pastry selection. However, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Congratulations to Khun Nitaya, Khun Ing & Jinny ! Of course, we will gladly return to the Sofitel Krabi to see these teams again they do such a great job.

A very pleasant stay at the Sofitel Krabi. We had a wonderful time thanks to Guest Relations Khun Bella Saransat and the Club Millésime team Khun Troy and especially Khun Pepsi. We feel looked after : All the team give us a warm welcome and are attentive to all our requests. Thanks GM Jonathan Rudd for upgrading our room to a Junior Suite and for the lovely gift & surprise in the room for our 20th anniversary. It's a beautiful, well-maintained resort. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, including the housekeeping team. Turn down service is a real plus. Some issues during our stay : hole in the ceiling of the shower #335, the plug of the sink did not work and we could not use it for few hours. Problems were resolved during our time in the Club Lounge. And like French people say : a glass of wine keeps the problem away 😉 From early check in till late check out, everthing was really great.
