The staff and food (especially breakfast) are exceptional - love the colonial design of the property. The beach is a little underwhelming (along with the hotel waste water being pumped into the bay just up from where you swim - not cool). Overall a great stay, rooms (showers especially) need a renovation, and the wine list is mediocre.

Very nice hotel and very nice rooms. However it is also expensive and for such a price the experience should imho be even better

The resort is very beautiful, especially the immense swimming pool but to get to the beach you need to cross a road, there is no shading or bar services in the beach not making it enjoyable or kids friendly. The kids club fee is not included in the room rate and everything has an extra charge - this was very surprising to me as every other family hotel has it included.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, and the team members are truly next level. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect in every possible way. During our stay, my wife unfortunately slipped on the stairs and had an accident. The hotel staff responded immediately, assisted us with great care, and ensured she was taken to the hospital without any delay. Their professionalism, empathy, and genuine concern meant a lot to us during a stressful moment. As a Food & Beverage Manager at JW Marriott in Australia, I naturally pay close attention to service standards, and I must say the team delivered exceptional hospitality. They did everything possible to support us, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. We are truly grateful for their kindness and outstanding service.
