My stay was truly memorable from start to finish. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, the property was well maintained, and everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully managed. One of the highlights was dining at the Italian Restaurant Venezia — the food was absolutely excellent, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. A special mention to the wonderful staff Nook, Peemai, Jeab, Ple, and Charlotte, who provided exceptional service. They were warm, attentive, and made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Great hospitality, great food, and a very pleasant stay overall. My stay at Sofitel Krabi was exemplary and beyond words. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and team at Sofitel made our stay memorable. From arranging cake, birthday decor to taking care of small requests for our child everything was fullfilled. We also want to appreciate Club Millesime staff especially Deena and Kattie. Both of them had a top notch hospitality which added more memories tonour stay and celebration. Again thank you to the whole staff of Sofitel Krabi for adding value to our trip. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The property is good, rooms are spacious, pool is huge and buffet breakfast is well curated. Where the property lacks is basic hospitality and courtesy towards guests. The private island cruise staff asked us to carry our packed lunches back to our rooms on our own (we chose not to have lunch on board and have it at our rooms instead after the tour was over.) Its a good 500/800 meters walk from the boat all the way across the beach, back to the room. And we had to carry our young child, our bag and kids toys along with the lunch bags all the way to the hotel ourselves. In any Indian Luxury resort, a guest is treated and pampered to the max. They would have got it sent to the room. But the tour staff instead of arranging to send it to the room asked us to carry it. Im sure had there been any other (non-indian) tourist the staff would’ve obliged to send it to the room or carry it. The team at the kids club was no different. Their behavior and attitude towards our kids and towards other guests’ kids was totally different. They were stopping and intruding our kids often and putting up different excuses to not let them play freely. Didnt even once saw them coming and telling any other kid anything. At the poolside my child wanted to have water. I went to the water dispenser near the kids pool and was looking for disposable glasses which were nowhere to be found. When i asked the poolside staff at towel counters to give me a disposable glass, he told me to go and fetch it from the poolside bar. As a basic courtesy that i have experienced in other luxury resorts, the staff would arrange for a glass for the guest instead of telling them to go and find them. These are basic courtesy and gestures that make a guest feel pampered. Not much was to be done, just some courtesy to be shown towards the guest but the staff behaves as if they’re there to just explain the do’s and don’ts and not for the convenience and comfort of the guests of the property. Although the property has numerous activities both for the kids and adults alike, it was surprisingly shocking that each thing came with an extra cost. A basic kids activity was chargable and basic amenity like bicycle for adults was chargable. The price of the stay doest not justify the room charges, swimming pool access and buffet breakfast. Atleast a few of the activities should have been complementary. Having experienced the stays of Taj, St Regis, JW Marriott, Radisson and Intercontinental, this by far was the worst of experiences and not at all at par with the standards we have seen in the mentioned chains. The experience was very average with no feeling of staying at a luxury property. It instead felt as if we had to buy the privileges at an extra cost that should ideally come with the price we had already paid. The staff behavior, the inhospitable attitude and the over commercialization of amenities were big turndowns. Cannot recommend this property to any of our friends or relatives.

The staff is so friendly and can t do enough to please. The pool is fabulous, the room beautiful. A bit expensive to eat at the restaurants. The breakfast buffet is something else!
