Old property which has not been well maintained. The prices are very high and we considered this given the SOFITEL brand. However it is clearly overpriced. The rooms are old. The telephone lines were not working and had to fiddle with the cable to make it work. Requests to change it were ignored. The key pad came off. The safe deposit box was old and broken with the key panel coming off. The furniture and fttings are clearly dated. Breakfast was a disappointment.

For family, an excellent place. The swimming pool is absolutely wonderful and our kids lived to play there. Many games and activities. Kids club also was nice with friendly staff and lot of manual and outdoor activities (tennis, golf…). Nice bar and excellent atmosphere in the evening. Family rooms with bunk beds and little tent for kids are perfect. On each was pleasant with some games and activities. Several restaurants accessible by foot or with Grab (cheap taxi). Golf green was pleasant and not too expensive with quick access from the bedrooms. A practice would have been nice though. The real downside is the gym hence the lower grade I placed. Equipment is old and outdated. No moser Technogym or kickr connected bikes that you would expect from such hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Krabi. The property is beautiful, with lush surroundings and a massive pool that really stands out. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained.
