The check in was bit disorganised, we didn't get a room till about 3.00 pm. The wedding function started at 4.00pm hardly did we get tme to dress up. We reached the hotel at 11.30am and expected the room by 2.00pm. the receptionist was very apologetic. But apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing week at the Sofitel Krabi. Had a great room and we could just step out into the pool ! So glad we we had club access rooms as the girls in the Club Millesime were so wonderful. Anaiis Gabriel Deena Pune were so helpful and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Cant fault the all the staff and facilities ! Location is great ! If only rhe road didnt separate the hotel from the beach but then it was no trouble to cross as there was always a guy to help and bring towels etc so minor negative If you're looking for a hotel in Krabi look no further than the Sofitel.

The hotel as a facility is good and the rooms large and spacious. The pool is good and the amenities are very good. The staff were friendly and wonderfully accommodating. Sadly, I’ve never stayed in a hotel where all meals were truly average to terrible. We gave up and went to town for food in the end where the food was a quarter the price and three times better. Really bizarre how bad the food was and this lets the whole experience down. Food is a massive part of a holiday and it’s a huge miss for us at the Sofitel Krabi. We won’t be back.
