The hotel and food were great. Thalia and Linwaran at the white lotus restaurant were amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Pre-booked the special half day tour package with massage/spa included and followed up with property multiple times in advance before checkin so as to be able to plan my anniversary and trip accordingly but let me tell you the experience - could not take the tour with them - completely mismanaged, no follow ups from their side… for the free massage, even that could not happen in a 3 day 2 night stay because their SPA is supposedly full at all times and the SPA doesnt take any bookings after 8PM even though SPA timings are till 10 PM.. And the Breakfast was so so horrible as a vegetarian that you might literally be better eating a toast of 7eleven than their breakfast.. SKIP COMPLETELY

Regarding your comments about breakfast, we would like to share that our buffet is designed to offer a wide and varied selection suitable for vegetarians, including a daily rotation of Indian vegetarian dishes, Thai vegetarian dishes, vegetarian options from our Venezia menu, fresh pastries and viennoisserie, breads with vegan butters, yogurts, three kinds of milk, various cereal options, fresh fruits and vegetables, composed salads, vegetarian sushi, and items for children. We hope that this variety provides enjoyable choices for all guests, while we continue to listen to feedback and enhance the breakfast experience. Your concerns have been shared with our team to ensure improvements in our tours and SPA booking processes and overall guest communication. This is a great resort in a great location with great facilities, but what really makes it memorable is the people. The service here is on another level. Every interaction is a pleasure, and it makes for a really relaxing, enjoyable stay. We stayed here last year and within a week of going home had booked to return. Likewise this time around, we didn't want to leave, and are already planning our next stay. We particularly want to thank Deena, Katy, Pepsi & Luke in Club Millesime, Sao & Lita in White Lotus, Jeab & Pie in Venetia and of course the AMAZING musical duo Allan and Khrisie in the Explorer Bar for getting us up and dancing (and closing the bar!) every single night. Finally, to Thalia for her enduring warmth and kindness - and the paintings she did for us!! Talk about sincere, personal touches - we felt them everywhere. Thank you everyone, see you again soon!
