In the room there was broken shower handle and there was no shower gel. Second time in a row the same in my multiple visits.

Z pewnością nie jest to standard, do którego dążymy. Jednocześnie chcielibyśmy przypomnieć, że recepcja jest dostępna 24/7 i zawsze chętnie służymy pomocą, w takich przypadkach reagujemy na bieżąco i staramy się jak najszybciej rozwiązać problem. I loved my experience with the hotel. The pools are very clean and good for children, the breakfast is very good with a lot of options. The room was above expectations! I had a little issue with the housekeeping but they made a lot of effort to fix and responded very fast to solve it. So I am satisfied!
