Wir möchten gerne auf Ihre Bewertung eingehen: Der Flughafen liegt rund 11 km entfernt, und wir befinden uns nicht in der Einflugschneise – daher hat uns Ihre Bemerkung zu Fluglärm etwas überrascht. Zudem fällt es uns schwer nachzuvollziehen, warum Sie uns trotz Ihres Kommentars, dass alles „perfekt“ gewesen sei, lediglich zwei Punkte gegeben haben. However, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered in your room. It's a pitty you didn't contact us directly at reception. We could have arranged for a second cleaning or a room change. For safety and monitoring reasons, bed bug traps are installed under the beds in every room and are checked regularly to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
