AC temperature could not be changed. At night it used to become warm and stuffy. Have to open windows to normalize the temperature. Room cleaning was not done during my 6 days stay. Hotel ;policy is to clean once in a week. But the cleaning frequency can be changed to once in 2 days. Not many cafe nearby within 100 meters. Overall experience was satisfactory.

Very nice hotel, and nice location but the matres were very hard and the fridge makes a lot of noise - both is disturbing the nights sleep.

Your staff was very rude to me when I ask him to confirm my taxi booking on 5 Oct 2024. He scolded me for asking him to confirm as he may end up double booking. Your lady staff also very rude when I took the tissue box from your cabinet since the cabinet is not locked. When I first arrive, your staff told me to take from the cabinet myself. Next, your housekeeping is not thorough where some rubbish may have dropped underneath the rubbish bin but your cleaner never bother to take out to clean after several reminders.
