We arrived on yet another hot day in Hamburg. Arrival formalities done quickly without issue. Got to room and seemed OK. The only issue being the air-conditioning unit being on full time to try to bring the temperature down. The noise from the air conditioner motor was noticeable, and it was not possible to turn off JUST the air-con. The first night took the key out from the power on slot, and had a very quiet night (but slightly warm!)... The air-con worked OK the next days and nights was turning on and off OK. (So we didn't need to turn off the power to the room). There is no dish washer (which we have found in 2 other Adagio hotels), there is enough plates and cutlery for 2 persons having one meal... but OK. The microwave worked and we where able to eat evening meal in the hotel room. Free coffee, hot water and filtered sparking water is available 24/7 from the basement. This is a nice feature! The staff at reception where friendly and helpful. All in all, a nice stay!

Check-in Experience The check-in process was incredibly smooth. We were assisted by Ali, who was very cordial and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. Room Quality Size & Comfort: The room was a very good size and was equipped with everything we needed, including a perfectly working A/C. Special Touches: The room featured a Nespresso machine with a box of welcome capsules. We really appreciated this, as little details like this make a stay truly pleasurable. Location & Amenities Transit: The aparthotel is very conveniently located near the U-Bahn U1 and U3 lines. Lobby/Common Area: We loved the complimentary coffee, tea, and milk provided by the aparthotel. Family & Fitness: It is a great spot for families, featuring a foosball table and other play items for kids. The on-site gym is small but has all the basic equipment you might need. Breakfast We opted to eat breakfast at the hotel on one of the days. The continental spread was good if not great. It is understandable since it is an Aparthotel. Additional Services Luggage Storage: We used their luggage storage to hold our bags after checkout and collected them later without any issues. Parking: The property offers highly convenient paid parking, with spots available right outside the reception and in a basement garage. Final Thoughts Overall, we had a great stay. We have used Novotel properties a lot in the past, but this was our first time staying at an Adagio. Based on this fantastic first impression, we would definitely choose it again for our next trip!

A perfect hotel for families My three-night stay with my eight-year-old son at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The community area downstairs with the coffee machine and the oven was very useful. The play area with the table tennis table and the fusball table was a treat. The only suggestion I would make is get new table tennis bats and a new ball. The ones we used were worn out and no good to play with. The staff at the hotel was most helpful. Proximity to the the metro and the local supermarket made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. All in all, a very satisfying experience.
