Very bad Came at this hotel late at night after a 6 hour drive The girl from the checkin was was nice and respectful and did my check in from 23.03 to 25.03 for which i ve sign and approved Asked if there are any rooms available after 25.03, and i gave my email in order to get a link or something with the offers for the available rooms and then send it to my company to book the room i want and if it was in their price range for booking Somehow hotel adagio thought that this means to book the room without letting me know, yes maybe i got an email, i work 12 hours a day i get a lot of emails, i did not check the email, so, i did not confirm the booking , neither did company, so they booked a room in my name without my knowledge, i ve sign my name only for two days and i paid for 3, when you ask somone something like are you interested in buying this beacuse we have it and somone does not answer you can not go and reach into his pocket and just take the money , no answer means ask again for a answer maybe you get one or it just means no. Even on website if you see a hotel and you press on the image it does not charge you steaight away, you go and look for the offers, add it, then you go and give your details and sign. You took this money without consent, giving the email is not the same as book me a room, or me asking are there any rooms available and if the answer is yes i will say good i want one, insted after that you just took the money without my response. If this is a hotel you need to stop and read the policy before signing something this hotel is not trust worthy, i travel for work, i live in hotels, this is 100 of 1 worst cases, and it must be avoided. To do your job better, next time, you have the phone number, call, come back with another email, or cancel the REQUEST, if i come to you and ask can i have a room and i m telling you i have no momey will you still give me a room? Is a request that has to meet certain conditions. I can not belive i have to explain how this things work

Dear Guest, we must clearly correct your statements at this point. Your claim that you paid for three nights is simply not true. You had a booking through a travel agency for two nights, which was fully paid via a virtual credit card. On site, you only paid the mandatory city tax and one drink from our shop – nothing else. We have no record of any additional payments from you. Following your request, we made a reservation for an extension and sent you a confirmation email, explicitly asking you to confirm whether you wanted to proceed. We never received any confirmation from you. The reservation was therefore cancelled free of charge. Even a possible cancellation fee was not charged. Given these facts, it is not understandable why you publicly claim that money was taken from you without your consent. This is not true. If you still believe that you were charged, please provide us with proof of payment (e.g. a bank statement). We will of course review this immediately and refund any amount if an error is found. However, according to our records, no such payment exists. Regarding your additional comments: our air conditioning system is centrally controlled and set within a standard temperature range. A continuous setting of 19°C overnight is not typical and may depend on individual room usage. We regret if you felt uncomfortable, however this does not reflect a general issue. Concerning the room setup and furniture: our rooms follow a standardized design concept used across our brand. Safety and functionality are regularly checked and meet all required standards. A very positive experience, as all the staff were always friendly and courteous. The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the metro station in a quiet area. The hotel has a gym, and the post-breakfast area could be very welcoming. There's a laundry room, so everything you need for a long stay.
