A perfect hotel for families My three-night stay with my eight-year-old son at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The community area downstairs with the coffee machine and the oven was very useful. The play area with the table tennis table and the fusball table was a treat. The only suggestion I would make is get new table tennis bats and a new ball. The ones we used were worn out and no good to play with. The staff at the hotel was most helpful. Proximity to the the metro and the local supermarket made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you found the room spacious, although we regret that the shower products did not meet your expectations. We cannot fully understand your assessment of the breakfast. As a three-star hotel, we offer a continental breakfast that is supplemented with a wide selection of additional items, including various cereals, pancakes, hot dishes, cheese, cold cuts, salads, fruit, vegetables, different types of bread, jams, Nutella, and more. Regarding parking, you received an information email on 14 May explaining that spaces are limited and should be reserved in advance. Unfortunately, we did not receive a parking request before your arrival. Had you requested a space when booking, one would still have been available.
