Convenient to have a mini kitchen, shower hot and powerful, only downside was TV for English speakers was only news channels and no subtitles in English option, which was a shame as German films etc were all dubbed. If you don't bring a laptop you can't mirror so we suggest your library of things includes a dvd player and small library of DVDs? That would have been a fantastic option!

Upon arrival the receptionist implied our room was an upgrade due to platinum status. It was not - the room was the smallest on the floor. the excuse was that it was a joined 'family ' room - i did not ask for this. I did ask if my daughters room would be nearby. thats all. No one seemed to acknowledge this, only that the conjoined room was better. After 7 nights with limited space for 2 people , it was frustrating. The only benefit, which redeemed the hotel was the free coffee and teas. The staff were friendly and the parking was great. But would ensure a larger room booked for the next possible stay.

At the same time, we would like to clarify a few points: You had booked two standard rooms and requested that they be located close to each other. Our standard rooms are exclusively located on the ground floor, and unfortunately, at the time of your arrival, no adjacent or connecting rooms in this category were available. As an Adagio access property, we generally do not offer complimentary upgrades—this also applies to Platinum members. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we made an exception in your case. We upgraded you to two Superior Studios on the highest floor (4th floor), thereby offering you not only a higher room category but also a location with a view. In addition, we provided you with two rooms featuring a connecting door to better accommodate your request for proximity—something that is typically considered more convenient than simply having rooms next to each other. Of course, these doors can be locked at any time. Against this background, we regret all the more that our efforts did not meet your expectations. All of our rooms, regardless of their individual layout, meet at least the minimum size of 20 m² as stated in the booking, which was also the case for your stay. We therefore find your comments regarding room size and allocation difficult to fully understand. Nevertheless, we take your feedback on board and wish you all the best for your future stays.
