We cannot fully understand your assessment of the breakfast. As a three-star hotel, we offer a continental breakfast that is supplemented with a wide selection of additional items, including various cereals, pancakes, hot dishes, cheese, cold cuts, salads, fruit, vegetables, different types of bread, jams, Nutella, and more. Regarding parking, you received an information email on 14 May explaining that spaces are limited and should be reserved in advance. Unfortunately, we did not receive a parking request before your arrival. Had you requested a space when booking, one would still have been available. Thank you very much for your review and for considering staying with us again. We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with some aspects of your stay. We would like to briefly explain that we are an Aparthotel and not a classic Cityhotel with daily room cleaning. Our concept is designed to offer our guests attractive and reduced rates. A weekly cleaning is included for stays of more than seven nights; for your four-night stay, no cleaning was included. This is also clearly communicated in the hotel description. Of course, you can request an additional cleaning or a towel change at the reception at any time for an extra fee. You can dispose of your rubbish at any time in the entrance area, and new rubbish bags are available free of charge at the reception. Of course, on the day of departure, we dispose of the rubbish and clean the room; this only applies if guests wish to empty their bin during their stay. A broom is provided in the room, and there are also robot vacuum cleaners available on each floor, which guests are welcome to use. Regarding the room temperature, we would also like to add that our property is equipped with a ventilation system, but not with classic air conditioning. During your stay, Hamburg experienced exceptionally high temperatures of almost 38 degrees Celsius, which made cooling the rooms even more challenging. Thank you once again for your feedback.
