Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused at check-in regarding the bed configuration. You should of course have received the room type as booked, and we regret that you had to return to the reception to clarify this. We also note your comments regarding the missing fridge/minibar in the room, the size of the gym, and your perception of the price level.
