PLEASE GET A EVEN MORE VARIATED BREAKFAST FOR KIDS ESPECIALLY TO HAVE HEALTHY FOOD. *CHARGING POSSIBILITY FOR E-HYBRID CARS IN THE BASEMENT IS NOW MANDATORY FOR THIS TYPE OF HOTEL. WE TRIEDE TO CHARGE VIA 230V, BUT EVEN THE PLUGS NEEDED ADAPTERS... SO NO POWER ON OUR CAR..??

This was a brief stay in Hamburg arranged direct with Accor. We found the reception staff welcoming, friendly and efficient. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable, we did miss the stocked mini bar and the limited amount of tea making supplies. There was a great selection for breakfast and laid out in an inviting display. Breakfast waiting staff were friendly and obliging. We ate in the restaurant all evenings and were impressed by the choice available. We would criticise one of the bar staff who was unhelpful and inflexible and gave the impression he was disinterested in his customers. He failed to provide cutlery and prepare the table for his guests. The location of the hotel being a distance from the town centre detracts from the overall assessment.

Nice size room with a comfortable seating area. Great location and easy access to public transit. Staff at check-in was friendly and informative. Car parking was readily available and conveniently located. We had the Friday dinner buffet. Which we don’t plan to do again, did not care for the food selection. After dinner, we sat in the bar lounge for 10-15 minutes, no one attended us even though they saw us sitting there. So we decided not to have a dinner drink.

Overall let's call it hardly OKAY, otherwise we would have turned and moved away. Obviously newly refurbished hotel, but then why remove writing desks and working place in the rooms in such a business hotels mid Hamburg? What are you going to take out next for savings: Beds or Shower ?? Freezing cold reception and bar area because of a badly located swing door airlock. No more than max 1/2 hour forced pleasure: Up the creek for a poor and unlucky staff. Dinner at the restaurant: Forget it !.Breakfast for 21 € is largely overprized and a harsh booking trap. Be careful out there Accor and Novotel, there are other players that are doing very well.

Dissapointing, Not a 4 Star hotel experience. Like a factory, too Big. The breakfast was very dull and not worth the money. The bed was hard and the pillows lumpy. Overpriced.

Ok room, albeit a little small for a family of four (two grown-ups + kids aged 12 and 14), but ok anyway, also considering the price. Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet - although crowded after 9 am.

Overall if you requested for something it was serviced, the room itself was very uncomfortable because it was too hot, the hotel staff said they couldn’t help us and that we need to leave the window open, if we left the window open the noise outside was deafening. Overall no proper sleep for 6 nights.

I was a given a room that was already occupied

On arrival at the hotel, I was naturally allocated a room. I was able to enter the room but was shocked to find that there was a lady in the room actually in bed. I naturally apologised and vacated the room. The receptionist was extremely apologetic and assured me that the room should have been empty!! I was allocated another room relatively quickly, but I was quite shocked by the experience, as I assume was the lady concerned. The lady on reception was exemplary, but there is obviously a problem with your systems/controls. I would like to know if this is going to happen again, or should I look to stay in other hotels nearby (I am booked in you hotel three times in the next six weeks).
