Cleaning came at 8:30am, knocked and opened the door at the same time to open to door to my naked wife. I don’t understand why you would even do any room cleaning on a room when I was checking out that day because you would have to clean the room twice in one day. Why would you knock and open the door at the same time on a room that hasn’t been checked out that early in the morning. It’s perfectly reasonable for people on holiday to still be in bed at that time. A really terrible experience and a total neglect and breach of privacy.

No free water daily, only provide a bottle on first day. Ask the counter they referred to the restaurant/ bar and when asked bar they referred back to counter. I have to go far to a supermarket to buy water, despite the app says free water.
