The hotel is nice and clean, however location is not nice and hotel policies are wired. We had to call the reception several times to get a shower cap in the room, shampoo was not refilled and there is no fridge. I was also supposed to get the room upgrade which did not take place.

Nevertheless, we understand your disappointment and regret that your expectations were not met in this regard. As for the minibar, some of our room categories do not include a fridge as standard. The hotel has very good service, is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The location is very nice as it is close to the Außeralster.
