The room temperature was better and also the thinner blankets are a welcome change. One thing: I found a few hairs on the bed, a dirty tissue and a hair on my towel.

I visited Hamburg with my daughter for a family reunion over Easter. The wonderful team at the hotel made the stay at the hotel just perfect, plus it’s location close to two metro line stations and 1.3km walking distance from Hamburg Central Station renders logistics very convenient. Highly recommanded!

The hotel is nice and clean, however location is not nice and hotel policies are wired. We had to call the reception several times to get a shower cap in the room, shampoo was not refilled and there is no fridge. I was also supposed to get the room upgrade which did not take place.

The need to contact reception multiple times, the missing refill of amenities such as shampoo, and the absence of a shower cap in your room do not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. Nevertheless, we understand your disappointment and regret that your expectations were not met in this regard. As for the minibar, some of our room categories do not include a fridge as standard.
