Hotel staff did a great job, I would definitely give a 8. However, the air-conditioning in the room did not work, so for the room it is a 6. And concerning the automatic invoice System it is 3 because the automatic email with invoice did not work after checking out. After requesting invoice and pointing out that I need the correct company address, I received an invoice with the wrong company address. Sadly, this is not my first time I experience that I did neither not receive the invoice at all, or that I need to request to correct the company address. I am surprised as all information is available in my AllAccor account. It would be much appreciated if you could improve the invoice process within the AllAccor group.

The location of the hotel is quite unpleasant. To get to the centre you have to walk through dangerous parts of the city. The hotel is quite basic and offers average breakfast. The room was basic, needs renovation. It not equipped with sufficient number of cups.

We checked in, which went fine. Upon returning to the room for the night, we noticed that it wasn't any cooler. The AC wasn't working. The front desk couldn't switch us that night. We were stuck in the room to sweat for the night. Even with the window open, we all woke up in sweat. The next day, we were offered a new room. Again, the same thing. Absolutely no AC working in that room. Upon check out I advised the front desk how unhappy we were and the man stated that they have known for a few days that there were issues with the AC not working. That actually frustrated me more as that should have been advised Upon check in and the option to cancel should have been provided. If you bill yourself as a 5 star hotel like the lady at the front desk stated, all information should be given up front. Now, I am out quite a bit of money for a miserable 2 day stay.

1 night stay, before driving back to Denmark from our holliday in Prag. 32 degreys outside and about the same in our room. The aircondition was not working and we had too sleep with the window open too a very noisy road. We had about 3 hours sleep the hole night.
