Easy to check in reception staff were lovely. Nice facilities like sauna on site. Wasn't overly happy as at one point i felt forced out if my room by cleaning staff so they could clean the room

the only thing is was missing was a refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold. Iron and ironing board on the rooms

Stayed for one night as a family. It was a bit of a walk from the train station (about 1 km from the airport), which was tough with a small child. The room itself was nice and clean, and the staff spoke good English, which made communication easy. There were plenty of food options nearby, and the train station right outside was convenient. However, the bathroom had clearly been smoked in, and the lingering smell completely ruined our stay. What could have been a comfortable visit was overshadowed by this unpleasant issue

We stayed only for 1 night so we can visit one of the musicals of the city of Hamburg. Room was great , small for 4 people but still ok...what was great was that they had a suprise for my birthday.... Nice gesture. Appreciate it . Thank you Novotel
