the facilities are new and clean, but no personnel around to ask for basic info. I could not ask for the invoice (i requested at the machine when checking in but still waiting). Breakfast was good

It's a good hotel to sleep over, close to the airport and the train station. It doesn't offer good food or even sandwiches if you arrive at night (9:00 p.m.).

I have to say I’m quite dissatisfied with the stay and your staff. The self check in didn’t work, the normal check in took a very long time (even though I checked in online). No water in the room, which is fine, tap water is good but not a single cup or glass? Am I supposed to think straight from the tap? My small kids too? I’m aware this is not Raffles but it’s definitely not All Accor standard… and the staff… Timo at the reception was rude and very unkind. We lost our parking ticket and asked for help- got laughed at and ignored. After 20 minutes a second staff member helped us in 30 seconds- Noutrami. As a Platinium member I have to say I won’t be staying is Ibis again

I wish there is option to drop the luggage for temporary storage before check in time. The entrance door shall open without the room card so guest can wait in the lobby room before check in time.

Great choice for a short stay. I stayed one night before heading to the airport. The hotel provides the necessary minimum for a comfortable night's sleep, and everything was spotless. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—very tasty with a good variety. Being so close to the railway station made my logistics much easier. Would definitely stay again
